New things Half-Life 3 related?

How does it contradict canon? The only thing I can think of is the headcrab cloning thing, which may or may not contradict a whiteboard in HL2 and maybe something Marc mentioned in passing once.

I’m so sick of all these leaks but still nothing from Valve themselves. I just want something.

^ Ditto. How about just an ARG that we can’t solve yet or something?

i still cant believe people are willing to dredge through masses of raw information just to get a couple of words and acronyms that don’t confirm anything at all

You don’t take that as enough evidence bur?

evidence for what? that valve hasn’t stopped being a functional company? sure

Well, it’s always good to know they haven’t given up on being a developer. We also know that Left 4 Dead 3 and Half-Life 3 indeed are real.

was there ever any doubt? they’re huge profitable IPs, of course they’re going to continue them

If only Valve would’ve brought HL3 to this E3…

HL2 arrived in 5 years, it’s 2013 and there is still nothing from Valve. /// On The Other Hand, I am fine with waiting years for a good game, rather than get a bad one under a year.

I wouldn’t expect Half-Life 3 before Q1-Q2 2015

Yes, all 4 people who have been working on HL3.

13…that means Half-Life 3, right?

Something is telling me that if they have floor number three and thirteen, they CAN count to three… and beyond.

#13 definitely says Half Life 3

That’s a different image to the first one completely. On the magazine shot, 13 is the full of knives button. Also the two 8 buttons spell ‘centre’ differently!

NOPE

Maybe it’s an ARG?! Anyway, number 13 is HL3 on both as far as I can see, #11 is the room full of knives on the magazine, as opposed to room #9 on the poster.

Laser Bay is apparently referencing Alien Swarm, which came out in 2010 and is on the 10 button. I’ve heard people speculating that Sector C Test Labs on 12 is referencing Black Mesa actually, which was released in 2012. Not every button makes sense but there is a sort of pattern it seems.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
