I’ve played both Halo:CE and Cod 4, and i have to say none of 'em are over-rated.

Halo is mostly about killin’ and killin’ with good gameplay, i wouldn’t have liked it much if it weren’t for the Flood, after that i really started liking it and would really like to try 2 and 3. Haven’t tried multiplayer.

While Cod 4 was about its Fps gameplay and dramatic scripted events, which i absolutely loved. And whoever said its multiplayer stank, needs to actually play it first. There are very few multiplayer that i get hooked to, and Cod 4’s was one that i can always come back to.

And Shadow of Colossus over-rated? This gem of a game is one of the most under-rated games ever. Thank God by some luck i came upon it, it’ll always be in my “Gaming Hall Of Fame”.

There are so many other games that people have said “over-rated” aren’t. All of these choices are personal view depending on the players taste. Taking their views personally is a waste of energy and time, and thus not to be taken seriously. All this is just fighting over each other choices or making the other accept your views. And we all know what the result will be. :o

And if you DO want to try Halo 2 and 3, get the XBox versions. Halo 2 PC requires Vista which from what I heard sucks, and Halo 3 isn’t even on PC yet but will most likely require Vista as well if it does come out on PC.
And, like I said, I used to like Call of Duty 4/4.5:WaW. They just got boring after a while (espicially World at War.)

Vista does not sucks. It used to, but since the SP1 is out it’s perfectly fine. Also Halo 3 will probably require Windows 7.

2. Marvel vs. Capcom (or any 2-D fighter, really)
3. Metroid Prime
4. Counter-Strike
5. Halo to a certain extent, although I still think it’s a good series.

It makes me sad that so many people are bashing great games. (Fallout 3, Halo, Call of Duty 4, World of Warcraft, Gears of War, etc.) But I guess you could say the same about me. I think the games in my list are complete trash.

Well since you say “You” think its trash, then thats okay. I love 2 and 4 and have got nothing against 1 and 5, haven’t tried 3. It all just boils down to preferences. No use mashin’ each other over it.

I agree Halo is slightly overrated, but only because IGN worships anything that has hype. Good to finnaly see someone who doesn’t have their head up their… wait, Metroid Prime?

Whether you can run it well or not is irrelevant, a game shouldn’t become ‘overrated’ when some of the market can’t fully appreciate it while others can.

In my opinion, any game that becomes a highly popular game or reaches a “game of the year” status simply because it’s got the best graphics out there is overrated in my opinion. ESPECIALLY when 90% of players can’t even appreciate those graphics. Give me a game with half-decent graphics but an unforgettable ending over a pure graphical game any day.

We enabled the game to have toggleable censoring of bad language, just go to options>audio>enable/disable cuss words

The gameplay doesn’t need to be good, either, because we integrated High Dynamic Range Anisotropic Orgasm Filtering and color correction into the graphics.

However apparently the Halo 2 port for the PC was very poor (according to the PC Gamer UK review), so whether it’s worth someone trying to make it work or not…
