How was gta 4 overrated ? It had everything, from awesome graphics to amazing writing voice acting and story. And the gameplay was really good also, and on top of taht 40h to finish it O_o

i choose games by storyline and in my opinion you cant say the game is best or not unless you have played all the games 
so i like most of them…

Modern Warfare had no testosterone or muscles. The game is for sissies, and the main characters were skinny pansies. I need my main character to be as wide as they are tall, and to wear clothes made out of three inches of steel. Oh, and they should have been smoking since leaving the womb, so that their voices are super deep and gravelly. Observe:
Everything I found worthwhile about GTA was fully explored by the original top-down version. And GTA4’s “satire” is so bad it might as well be satirising itself (meta-satire?)

Fallout 3 is a brilliant game. It really isn’t just Oblivion with guns. I hate it when people say that. I guess it’s opinion but it was a great game, with heaps of atmosphere.

Ok, I gotta address a few comments on games in this thread:
Fallout 3: Yeah, buggy at times, but it’s way better than Oblivion could ever dream of. Probably because I’m not into the whole shining armor/swords thing. Might be overrated for the fact that it has some bugs (the pathfinding of partners is horrid) but definitely not fun factor.
Cod4/4.5: Somebody said that Cod 4 has one of the best SP campaigns ever. Seriously? Are you smoking? Yes, enemies that respawn infinitely until you find the next checkpoint is totally fun and NOT archaic design. /sarcasm I got CoD WaW for free with my GTX 260…installed it, played SP to the first checkpoint, and uninstalled it. Same old archaic, linear, infinite enemy spawn crap with mediocre graphics.
Far Cry 2: Just bought this game a couple of days ago…I’m enjoying the SP quite a bit, mainly because I never really follow storylines anyway. Though the malaria thing is quite annoying.
STALKER: Overrated? Huh? Where? Though the vanilla game didn’t do much for me, adding AMK Mod and Sanex made it come alive…it’s absolutely amazing and includes just about every feature that had been promised during the years of development.
Bioshock: Fun game with the plasmids and neat weapons. Never been done before? Not really. Refreshingly different from every other FPS that comes out nowadays? Definitely.
GTA4: Fun and more grounded to reality. I love the car physics too. Only downside is that it doesn’t have quite the amount of stuff to do that San Andreas did.
Anyways, as for my list of overrated games…
Halo series - I remember the night Halo 2 came out, my friend went to the midnight launch and immediately brought it to my house. I fell asleep quickly. The one shining point of the series is the first game’s split screen co-op. Quite fun.
CoD 4/WaW: Explained above
Forza: Cool customization options, but the car physics are lacking; doesn’t even come close to games like GT Legends/GTR2/etc.
