Well, what I meant was that when you can actually run it decently, then you can concentrate on playing the game. I actually had fun playing it. But then you have people who can’t play it at all, so they choose to berate the game and call it overrated.
I wish they would of used the time and money they’re using working on CryEngine 3 to enhance and optimize the CryEngine 2. I hate it when PC game developers just assume everyone has the latest cards and makes the game on the lower settings look like shit.
Seriously, what the hell? It looks like Far Cry on the Playstation 2!
Not to mention that I think Mass Effect 2, a game that has piss low system specs, and a console port, looks and runs a hell of allot better than Crysis. It’s the art style that makes games look good, not technology.

Medium looks great as well. What are you playing on? If its low your point is invalid. Plus, considering that ME2 is 2 years older than Crysis and has about the same graphics level, I would hope it had lower specs.
BTW, the art style for Crysis is very good for the aliens and the ice levels are amazing.
