As badly as MS got stomped, their conference was surprisingly not bad.
I hate to say it but Microsoft’s conference was a lot better. Sony announced the no DRM stuff and a lower price but there wasn’t a single game they showed that makes me want to buy the console.
If I was an executive of Microsoft, and I saw the conference my team put together… I’d be satisfied, because it WAS really good. They were probably all “There is NOTHING Sony can say to turn the loyalists against us.”
Then eight or so hours later, Sony was like “Hey dude, wanna borrow this game?”
Then you have a problem, not the conference. If Ryse sold you but The Division didn’t, there’s a serious issue.
The Division wasn’t at Sony’s conference and isn’t exclusive. The only exclusive I saw that interested me at all was Sunset Overdrive for the Xbone.
alright, retracted because I was wrong and SO does look fucking cool. Not enough for a bone xone to be my first investment in the console market. I’ll get the inevitable special edition Halo 6 xone then get Halo 5, Sunset Overdrive, Killer Instinct, and whatever else used–wait, fuck. Well, there will be a price drop by then.

Current XBL is still not supported in many countries but people are able to create accounts there anyway.
Still, might not work the same for Xbone…
