Worst Part Of The Best Game(s) you've ever played

The end of Chrono Trigger, that game was too short…

I never died in Bioshock. And it was a shit game.:meh:

Sounds like you’d probably enjoy Split/Second. One of the only racing games I’ve ever enjoyed, mainly because everything is unrealistic and awesome.

Same here, I never died once in the campaign. It was piss easy all the way through.

God, I hated that mission. There are so many parts where he could get a clear shot, and just shot up the upper edge of the train instead. I could have done his job myself if there wasn’t the obstacle-course challenge thrown on top of that.

OMG THIS

I was finding it a bit easy myself, so I turned the difficulty up. I died a few times, but never got stuck at a single part. I really enjoyed the game for the most part, though I have never played it again. The replay value is non-existant.

Any driving game…

You appear to have missed the point of the thread. It’s not the worst game or even best game for that matter. It’s the worst part of a game you’ve really liked otherwise.

Tony Hawk Underground 2: The fucking ending. It’s extremely hard and takes a billion trys to beat and is really boring and doesn’t require any cool skate tricks.

Agreed, clunky/confusing ui and boring gameplay, I never played it for long.

the parts of Shadow of the Colossus where you’re riding a horse around totally barren environments with no enemies. basically every part of that game except the epic boss battles.

Extremely difficult? While it isn’t that cool, most people and myself can make it in a maximum of three tries. That is due to the trial and error involved, otherwise it’s easy. I take it you are talking about the fireworks escape type thing?

Yeah, where you have to save the dogs. How the hell do you do it? Takes me billions of trys.

Halo: Combat Evolved: The Truth and Reconciliation level.
Ace Attorney: Phoenix Wright: DOING THE INVESTIGATIONS.
DOOM: The terrible soundtrack.
Team Fortress 2: The lag in very open parts of a level.
Left 4 Dead: The 3rd level on any campaign is always a bitch.

YES

NO

It really is a matter of knowing where the dogs are, and sorting out a good route to get them quick.

You played the Sega CD version, didn’t you? :brow:

But how can you hate the voice actor of Duke Nukem?

The better approach: Keep the Vita-Chambers, to keep the player unafraid of death, but take away whatever weapon/power they had deployed when they died.

Or just use checkpoints like a normal game. Death is death. :hmph:

Half life - The first minefield you encounter. I cant get passed from there. Im lost or I glitched the game or something.

Far cry 2 - Driving\walking around. You cant get anywhere in a short amount of time. You also encounter alot of enemy posts. Those are really repetitive.

MGS4 - Level in Europe where you have to follow that guy.

LOZ: TP - Waiting to get the master sword. :’(

Resident Evil 4 - Mercenary levels. You just cant get that fucking unlock. ITS IMPOSSIBLE! > :frowning:

Blood - When you get lost.

Duke Nukem 3D - When you get lost.

Might and Magic 6 - Making your party. I could almost never get it done correctly.

Turok 2 - It’s difficulty. The most difficult game I ever played. Even more difficult then that one cat flash game.

WoW - When you finally notice you’ve been spending more time on the game, than with your IRL friends. And when the combat gets boring\repetitive as hell :stuck_out_tongue: .

I have a whole bunch of other games to list off, but I dont really remember the worst parts.

Highly disagree on that.
