What game(s) did you buy today?

Escape Goat, Age of Mythology: Extended Edition and DYNASTY WARRIORS 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition on Steam.

Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition

Someday I’ll have to get around to actually playing all of these games…

A friend gifted me Borderlands 2. Hopefully it isn’t total fetchquesty bullshit on copypasted desert like the first game was…

It is… Actually not as much desert this time.

Hearthfire and Dawnguard, the only Skyrim DLCs I don’t have. I’ve already played Dawnguard, but I’m a bit curious to try out Hearthfire.

Heathfire is boring. Building houses with material(for furniture) which some of it is a real hassle to collect, and there is no way to build a cozy little cabin if you want more than a firepit.
Adopting children is boring to. Takes a few seconds to tell them that you’re adopting them, then you go to the nearest general store and buys the most expensive clothing piece for them. Done, there’s now not much else to do except being annoyed by the forced conversation every second time you visit your own house.

AvP 2010 and MoH: Warfighter for a grand total of $28. Both were probably bad decisions in their own rights (AvP is unreliable quality and just watch me try to play anything on Frostbite 2.5). Also I’m kinda conflicted because I want the Wild Expedition for FC1, but I’ve already got three quarters of the pack…

Just picked up Sniper Elite 3 after trying it out for a bit. Gameplay is great, a lot better than V2 from what I played. More capable with its stealth gameplay. I just hope it’s not too short.

Transistor + Original Soundtrack DLC. Have yet to try the game but the music is absolutely as good as you’d expect.

I also just got Wolfenstein: The New Order.

HOLY FUCK 44GB WTF

Got purchased for me not long ago “Crysis 3”, made in EU!

EDIT: The reason I mentioned EU is that on the game case of “Crysis 2”, made in the EU, there is a note that the game can be installed on up to 5 computers simultaneously, and I really would like that to happen with the “Crysis 3” game that I hope to receive.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. Ordered it from Newegg. It was $3 cheaper than its retail price ($39.99). Will start playing it as soon as it gets to my home.

Playing Skyrim today on and off…I need a better one handed weapon Dx anyone got any suggestions? I’m using a dwarven mace (fine) right now, which has a damage of 22. Anyone know of any quests to get a more powerful weapon (preferably a sword) or where one is hidden?

That I can think of:

  • Find Meridia’s beacon in a random boss chest, do the quest, and get Dawnbreaker. It has some nice enchants, especially against undead.

  • Grind smithing, both to make new weapons and temper old ones. A good way to power-level is to gather up tons and tons of metal from dwarven ruins, smelt it all, and make tons of dwarven bows.

  • Put perks in 1-handed.

I bought FTL for a friend. Does it count since it doesn’t go to me?

Thanks pyro. And I just realized I posted that in the totally wrong thread -.-

Splinter Cell: Double Agent - Xbox 360 version.

I bought the original Tomb Raider a little while ago. Controls suck, but it’s quite fun. And nostalgic. I just fucking love old games, dunno why.

Several days ago I bought the Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening on the 3DS virtual console.

Someone posted like 6 codes for some game called “hammerwatch” in user sub and I used one and I still haven’t installed it because I really don’t care.

Packed Splinter Cell: Double Agent game for return - do not like the game-play.
