Finished “Metro 2033” this time with good ending. It is much more satisfactory to me with this ending.
I just finished that today too, I had no idea about those moral points until after though. reading through the list, I think I did most of the “moral” things, what, do you need like 90% to get the choice? oh well nuking them was the right decision.
Actually, the biggest difference, I think, is how you handle the hallucination scenes. [[color=’#171717’]Like, there’s one where you’re at a crossroads, with a ranger down one fork and one of the scary things whose name escapes me down the other; go the less obvious way. I managed to get the good ending on my first playthrough without even stealthing, by making good choices, exploring thoroughly, and hitting the right marks in the hallucinations.
What I thought was cool was that, in some of the hallucination scenes, you might be able to realize that what seems like aggression is actually the homo novus(?) trying to help you. Quite clever.]

Oh man, 8-player smash is ridiculously fun! If you have the means, you have to try it, it’s pure gaming mayhem, and it’s awesome.
I bet it is. I want to play Smash Bros Wii U very badly, but I don’t have a Wii U yet. I’m currently waiting until the refurbished Wii U from Nintendo is in stock.
Playing new game+ in EYE. Bought the cloak but for some reason when I went into a mission it said I didn’t buy it. Need to figure out what I need to level up so my speed malus is lower when carrying weapons and stuff.
What’s EYE?
EYE: Divine Cybermancy. Pretty cool game. Plays kind of like a mash up of Stalker and Crysis.

I think it’s still $0.99 on the Steam sale right now.
Oh yeah! I saw that one. Looks pretty cool actually. I wanted to try it, does it have a good community?
I’ve never played online so I don’t know. You can probably find games pretty easily though.
Played Super Mario 3D World with a friend. Although I’m a little weary of traditional Mario games, this one is pretty fun. The graphics are bright and clean, the gameplay is fun and varied, and the music is quite refreshingly original and shares a lot of the strong jazz and rock styles of MK8 and SSB4. Probably not gonna rush out and buy it, but I’ll keep an eye out for a good sale.
First thing I’m doing when I get Smash U is doing a 8 player Captain Falcon Battle

“Quake III: Team Arena”. Great game. Also, “Gulman 2: The Mystery of Magic Crystals” - timeless (for me, for some time. at least).
Diablo 2

dammit, went into Metro: Last Light aware of the moral points thing. I explored everywhere, listened to everything, was on my best behavior, and no good ending. I tried to avoid killing people, but usually after 2 or 3 straight “stealth” sections I would get impatient…
my review of the Metro games: Juvenile and Lazy, set in a mutated post nuke world, does nothing with that premise, just goes back to Nazi vs. commie. throws in the naive yet super powerful creatures asking “why do you war? hur dur?” entire game is basically the first act of what would have been a story. AI is no better than games from before the turn of the century…
It helps if you lean towards the homo novus instead of the humans in the hallucination scenes.
I finished Borderlands 2 for the third time, and I’m on my fourth playthrough now. I really want the Pre-Sequel, but not like $80 want.
I still haven’t beaten BL1 yet. ;-;
I got to some part where there is lots of Skrag (?) things, and it got kinda hard to do so I went ‘yeah no thanks’, and haven’t played since. I should probably give it another go.
TGIPT: Risk of Rain. Got to the final and just got absolutely destroyed. It was brutal. Haven’t had a good run since then, I just keep getting kinda ‘meh’ combinations of items. RNG gods, please be kind to me.
