And they don’t stop moving everything else.
Fallout 1.
Still getting used to the fact that you can’t be a demi-god, killing everything that crosses your path.
not a big fan of the turn-based mechanic, though. It would be better if I could just skip to my turn.
Also, it seems that enemies tend to get more turns than my allies and me, for some reason.
Bastion, just bought it and I’ve finished the first chapter/level/district or whatever they called. So beautiful.
Oh I love that game, I beat it like 7 times, got all steam achievements, and bought the rucks announcer for dota 2, because his voice is that good.
So there’s been some rumors recently of Prey 2 still being in development which reminded me that I needed to play Prey. Beat it today and it’s a really nice game. The story ended perfectly before they put that end scene in. Wonder if it’ll ever come out.
I still can’t see what people like so much with Prey. My brother gave me the xbox version some years back, I finished it once. It was good for one go, but it wasn’t so good that I would play it again.
Oh yeah, that reminds me, I think I bought Arkham City on a Steam sale a while ago. I should probably play that at some point…
you should
Majora’s Mask, that’s the one with the creepy moon and “dawn of the final day”, right?
Yeah.
I’ve never played a Zelda game.
I once found a cartridge for Oracle of Ages that I played part of on my Gameboy, but that’s about the extent of my Zelda experience.
I’ve been playing a lot of Plants vs. Zombies. Popcap are, like, the drug lords of the gaming world.
Too bad. Ocarina Of Time and Twilight Princess are sure worth playing. But it depends on your taste.
I liked Wind Waker. Still trying to finish my WiiWare “Ocarina.” Had a Twilight Princess save in progress on gamecube but I don’t have the game at present. (I have a Wii copy of it, but I honestly don’t want to play the port because I hate the Wii’s controls.)
As for games I played today, I just started Knights of the Old Republic. I’ve attempted to get through the game before but never got off Teris. Just opened up a bunch of questlines and have seemingly no way to finish them. Urg.
Fallout 1. Second playthrough and am trying to gather as many companions as possible.
First playthrough resulted in every companion dying and me being too weak to actually invade the mutant factory.
I was kind of weak my first playthrough but I had a lot of heavy firepower so I was able to make it through
Black Mesa
HL2
Amnesia
Alliance of Valiant Arms
Found “Sonic Colors” for cheap at Wal Mart today.
Sonic Generations’ modern Sonic levels were mostly based on the mechanics of Colors, and it shows. I personally prefer the Generations control scheme as the sideways dashes are a lot easier to time with shoulder buttons on the Xbox 360 than the control stick on the Wiimote/Gamecube controller.
Oh, and this is important- the game supports the gamecube controller, so I don’t have to wrestle with unresponsive motion bullshit to play! You have NO idea how happy this makes me.
The soundtrack is bubblegummy as fuck but really awesome. It has to be heard to be believed. (Crank that bass!)
Haven’t played it yet, but I’ve been waiting for this mod for a while and I didn’t even realize the guy finally released a beta.
I know it’s not a huge mod, but Left 4 Dead was already a great base game that could be used to emulate Space Hulk, so I’m excited to try it.
It should help tide me over until A:CM next week anyway
