I think 7 in 2002 on the psp. It was really funny because in the part where you fight the soldiers, there was a bug and they were all invisible. Which is what germany would do. Or make them robots. :fffuuu:

It was February of 2009, I got my first real gaming PC as a late Birthday present. I realized I had $25 left. So I bought the Half-Life 1 Anthology and Garry’s Mod.

But I first played a Half-Life game in 2007 when I first got my XBox 360 for Christmas. But I was a complete noob because of Halo’s regenerating health, so I used invincibility cheats out of fear of suckage. Later, Duke Nukem 3D XBLA showed me the light: Non-regenerating health owns! Thanks Duke!

I played Half-Life in 2000, I was about 5 then. I haven’t been really scared of Half-Life 1 or 2 ever. I remember the Tentacles vividly. The first time I entered the room, the stupid explosives that are behind you randomly exploded.

8 I think. We got a whole bunch of pirated games from my Dads friend, Worms Armageddon, Diablo, tons of good stuff. And of course half life.

8, on my precious Compaq Presario. It was Uplink first.
I remember that it was a russian translation (pirated of course). Damn, pirate translations were actually decent those days. I can even remember a sci telling me to go fuck myself (“Пошел в жопу Фримен!”) when I pressed ‘e’ too many times.

19 in 2008
My first experience with half-life was i bought the orange box when it came out to play portal after I played portal I decided I would try the other games that were with it. I was blown away over the next 3 months I played HL2 HL2E1 HL2E2 HL HL: BS HL:OP pretty much back to back in that order. I have replayed HL2 already and ran through EP1 and 2 several times and i am currently replaying HL.
Valve has me hooked worse then a crack addict.
All of my free time has been consumed with TF2 (over 180 hours as pyro) HL: DM (build, co-op, RP) and GMOD since then.

Half-life was released in November of 1998, I got it in December of that same year. That would have made me 30 years old, and one month shy of 31.
