11, played uplink first, didn’t understand wtf USNRC meant.
And was freaking scaaaared when after some random aerial turns, HECUs dropped from the roof bussin at me.
And it took me 2 days to get through the warehouse and yards up to the detonator.

It’s pretty solid. I saw it when I was pretty young, so I didn’t really appreciate it then, but from what I remember it was good.

My first memories of watching it was when i was probably 3 or 4. I first actually played it when i was 6 or 7, and only learnt what a Vort was called when I was 9 or 10. I always liked the headcrabs best because they hugged people :smiley:
I didnt know they were evil parasites that infest, zombify and rot people whilst theyre still alive. They were just cute.
I played thru the whole game when i was 10, beat HL2 when i was 12. Both games, HL1 and HL2 were actually for my dad, but i played em anyway.
FYI i cant be bothered to remember my exact ages, it was a while ago. :stuck_out_tongue:

I got my first PC at the age of 16 (2000) and my first HL game was Half-Life 2 in 2004, I guess a year later I ordered the Half-Life Generations pack (HL, OF, BS) and I played it then. So I was 21 I guess.

My little brother (10) recently played HL2, Ep1 and Ep2.
