Totally, brah. People only buy Macs because they want to game and have good graphics, definitely not to gain access to professional-grade, Mac exclusive media software. Glad we cleared that up.
HEY!
lol, so true.
Great Picture. I laughed. Did you find that or did you make it?
Totally, brah. That excuse is totally valid, because it’s not like any of that professional-grade, Mac “exclusive” media software is ported over to the windows operating system. Glad we cleared that up.
stfu about fucking macs who the fuck cares who uses it and why
same goes for windows
…because Black Mesa wont ever be the same game like Half-Life. Simple as that. There are still some hardcore HL1DM players like me who hate HL:S and just want to play real HL1 Multiplayer…
I hope BMS will be like real HL1 but with improved graphics… but I doubt it will be just that… many things got changed here… Ask me to name things and I will.
I just love HL1:AG like it is now… and I don’t think it’s possible to improve the balance of the Multiplayer mode. I think I will play Black Mesa SP mode once… or maybe two times… but after that I will play Multiplayer only… and if BM:S multiplayer sucks (and I hope that it won’t), I will play HL1:AG again.
Ha ha ha. So much derp here. Yeah, using Final Cut Pro and Color “ports” totally flies in the professional world. I bet my boss would just love to find out I was using illegal, bug-ridden warez to create content for his company. Good thinkin’ there, kiddo.
what? im pretty sure most if not all “professional” mac programs have LEGAL (!!!) windows ports
And you’re wrong. FCP, FCS, Color, Compressor, Dvd Studio Pro, Motion…I could go on and on. These are all industry standard programs (you literally cannot work as a professional in video without FCP, and Color is as good or better than anything released by the Foundry), and they’re all Mac exclusives.
Apple is smart enough to know that having overpriced, underperforming hardware requires them to have exclusive software rights to make it worth the investment. It’s as simple as that – hence people in media industries own at least one Macintosh.
Which brings us right back to the age-old fucking obvious answer, which is that Windows/Linux are good for some things and Mac is good for some things, and anyone who bitches about any of them is just a retarded fanboy.
this is true
gibbelin: Avid.
Also, what does this have to do with the topic?
I didn’t make it. But it’s one of my favorite anti-mac-pictures.
Avid is great, I love it. But maybe 1 in 10 editing jobs require Avid, if that. The only people I know who still use it as their primary NLE are television editors who are dealing with 1,000s of hours of footage and multiple cameras.
HEY! That looks like a protectron from Fallout!!
haters gonna hate.
people who buy mac’s generally have zero knowledge of computer hardware.
(this is why they will continue to buy them.)
It’s Robby the Robot from Forbidden Planet! You should check it out sometime!
Over there.
well It’s been a will since i posted the thread… i see that you guys don’t understand, so let me say my question correctly(and please try to think about what im trying to say,not how im saying it.)So… what Im saying,I think that The orginal half-life,Should be free. Why? Because if you can play the game In better graphics for free,Why would someone Pay for the exact same game,Lower Graphics,But for 10 dollars?
(I Don’t know how you guys pay,But in my country It’s 10$)And By the way I solved my apostroph thing. ^_^,now Is this clear enough?
