Valve trademarks Half-Life 3

https://www.valvetime.net/threads/valve-jira-database-accessed-once-more-hl3-l4d3-source-2-groups-expand.243965/ this is still real tho

No, it isn’t. This was it. We are now, at last, broken to the point of hopelessness.

…Unless that’s exactly what they want us to think…

Hm? The leak and the trademark thing are separate and unrelated.

I’m just saying that I think the entire Internet just lost all hope for HL3 rumors being legit.

Fuck half life

In every orifice!

Alrighty, folks. Since the point of this thread has evidently turned out to be a hoax, I’m going to go ahead and close this thread.

Baseless speculatating (yeah, I spelled it that way) and daydreaming about HL3 or Ep3 (such as the ‘leak’ (?) of the team names) can be done in another thread.

All-in-all, a rather disappointing turn of events but I wasn’t expecting much until some official word is provided by Valve.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
