They are still permabanned. The permabanned list, however, is now hidden.
No more public executions makes for soft citizens.
This āproper forumā thing will not last long. The admins are forcing civilization and order upon us unnaturally. This never turns out good. Before long, we will devolve back in such an explosion as to account for the pressure that builds while we keep our true feral nature at bay.
Hopefully itāll last long enough for Xen to be released, most thingsāll get fixed by then and it wonāt matter as much.
