I could just not believe my eyes when nobody talked about this. This mod might not be about gunplay like HL2, but instead is like a happier version of Dear Esther.

You play as a man named Stanley, who worked for a large company where he was employee 427. Others might have found this job soul crushingly boring, however Stanley loved his job, until one day, when the most peculiar thing happened, he had been at work for nearly an hour, until he had noticed, that nobody else had shown up for work.

The rest you will have to find out in this Epic Saga of Stanley

I played it today. Awesome game. I waited so long for a game with multiple endings and this game does a good job at it.

The story is pretty neat, but the level design is terrible.

Stanley was fat and stupid, and really really ugly.

He probably only got his job through some sort of family connection, or drug money.

Stanley is addicted to drugs, and hookers.

It’s kind of short, albeit it has multiple endings. Not bad.

Saw all 6 endings, was FANTASTIC. I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT.

Except few glitches. Like you can trap yourself in several occasions by closing doors that the narrator has opened.

Also, it’s sometimes very vague, but it’s the beauty of it. Nice job devs!

My favorite part was the nuclear detonation sequence when he tells you EXACTLY what you are doing. I loved it because it was true. “YES I AM TRYING TO FIND AN EXIT SO SHUT UP REFSPIRNAHAOTHJATRGH boom”

My favorite part in the Stanley Parable was (spoilers in the black) [COLOR=‘Black’]when you go to the elevator and the narrator says that you are so bad at following directions that’s why everyone probably disappeared.

Game was rather short, though.
