Seeing as how they tell you where all the children went in HL2. So this seems rather pointless, unless the intention is to replace all the subtlety with crappy exposition.But the “answers” will either be something explained in HL2 anyway, probably contradictory to more accurate sources, or just plain making things up. And before you know it, people will be referencing it as if it were a reliable source of information.It’s “Campaigns” try google if you can’t spell a word. And if you did spell it right, then it wouldn’t have the red dotted line under it. :themoreyouknow:

It’s not much of a problem when someone misspells words… but when they create new words that make no sense or do not even resemble English. And really long sentences that have no punctuation and have no purpose that keep going and going and going really need some sort of punctuation in there or at least and end to the sentence as no one likes reading a really really long sentence that has absolutely nothing to do with anything.

You should at least make an effort to post in clear, correct and correctly spelled English. For one thing, there are many members here for whom English is not their first language and it can be very difficult for them to understand badly written posts.

For another thing, I’m a moderator here and I have rather heavy ‘spelling-Nazi’ tendencies myself. :fffuuu:

I think this is a great idea if implemented well. I’m thinking several Human factions (UN, for starters) , Universal Union faction, and maybe a Xen wildlife faction that teleports random headcrabs and bullsquids and pals across the map.

HL2 Wars is pretty good, except there’s no multiplayer yet, and there are still a zillion balance issues. It’s definitely a solid start, and I can’t wait for them to get a new version out.

Not just for Half-Life 2 Wars, no. It’s nowhere near finished.

HL2 wars is mostly for proof of concept. Only has a few maps, and is filled with bugs. I got stuck with soldiers falling through the ground so many times.

I think the recent patch said you didn’t need EP2. So you should be fine but I would advise getting it.
