I got Metro2033 for a fiver back at xmas… played it a little, but got bored in the early parts and it has been collecting digital dust since… I am sure it gets way better after you manage to get some weps etc and head out of the er… commune… whatever you call it. But since I just bought the Crysis pack and Dead Island, it will likely be quite awhile before I am exploring those dark tunnels etc in Metro…
Well for £2 I could probably get my monies worth after a hour of play, so it doesn’t even matter if I hate it.
Although with Skyrim at number 1 on my ‘to play’ list I’m sure it will be forgotten for a while.
Was there a flash sale for it yet? Maybe it will go down more.

That’s not major money really. $3.74 works out as €3. You’re only saving two euros, which is nice, but I don’t know if it’s worth the hassle of getting an American to buy it for you, send it as a gift and then for you to send them the cash.
One of my steam friends gifted Bastion to me, so I got it for free. Fantastic soundtrack, and yes, the narrator is awesome. I’m glad he doesn’t mickey-mouse everything the player does, but I wish he snarked a little more often.

I kind of want to get the Longest Journey and even have it on my wishlist, but I’m terrible at adventure games. I tried playing Grim Fandango and ended up having to look at a guide for most of it, and I actually downloaded TLJ but had to do the same thing for what little I played of it
