Ha ha, VAC is far superior to most anti-cheat systems, at least on Source. Even PunkBuster, which is just about as good, lacks a lot of what VAC has to offer.
Am I the only one that doesn’t give a shit about LAN? No one uses it anymore! Everything is going online and the industry is better for it.
You can invite your Steam friends to a party lobby then start matchmaking. That’s what the console-fags are doing and now it’s what PC-fags are doing. Simple, easy to use, anyone with working fingers can understand. It just fucking works.
But it would still kick ass if they would add a server bowser AS WELL as matchmaking, rather than force matchmaking on everyone. I mean, that’s what Valve did with L4D1, so if Infinity Ward is as awesome as people tell me they are, they will eventually make a patch. If only just to shut the PC-fags up so I can feel like there’s hope for the humanity.

I am not saying IW don’t know how to make an an insanely good shooter, but they have lost their ways. They should stop being jerks and bring back the console, dedicated servers and the likes for PC.

PC Gamer Stereotype: Whiny needy lil’ bitch with an unwarranted feeling of superiority over console gamers despite the fact that the biggest PC only feature, online multiplayer, is now possible on consoles and works great. Also know to pirate games but still demand their every little need from the hard working developers that they steal from.
Dual Gamers: A slight feeling of superiority towards console gamers, but still play on said consoles without any trouble.
Except some games also offer mods. And yes you can bitch about how most mods suck but some have spawned some of the classics.

That’s not the point. My point was that the PC gaming community is just as bad, if not worse, than the console gaming community. Or at the very least is more ignorant when it comes to what defines a “real” gamer, assuming that a “real” gamer even exist or even matters.
