Imonfire was right, but it originally was one of the unit “Tanya” 's lines from Command and Conquer Red Alert were she first appeared and there for kept the line for the sequel Red Alert 2

I did not know that because I’m not old enough to have played that game.

Obviously it was put in as a Easter egg for people who had played DN seeming Red Alert 1 was released probably a few years after DN, or it may of been a coincidence.

These were quite cool Easter Eggs. It started with a secret section in Doom 2 where you could find four Commander Keen corpses. In Duke Nukem, you could find the Doom Guy’s corpse. And then in Blood, you could find Duke’s corpse (45 seconds in).
