Turn off APEX PhysX in the video options.
Or you just have a really really really really shitty pc, because this game was optimized to the bone.
I could play it on full without problems. The only time the framerate seemingly dropped it a bit was when the roof crashed in and all the smoke effects get too much.
It runs a lot better than GTA IV on my pc. And it looks a hell of a lot prettier too.
Love how colourful it is. I can’t stand the grey/brown gritty bloomy mess that is ‘realism’ these days.

And i can run it on high very smoothly. As for GTAIV i have to fine tune the settings between low and medium.
I’m looking forward to getting this! I just the fighting moves haha.
And the funny thing is, the environments are better looking than GTAIV’s.
(That’s expected with a newer game, but still.)

Good new everyone! I’ve worked out why I think GTA IV looks better. The graphics are lower res, but everything is more detailed, with random junk everywhere and a generally larger number of detail props.

Played part of the demo on my laptop. Runs like crap but I’m sure it’d be more fun if I could actually run it. The videos when I exited were amazing, though, and I’ll most likely get this when I get a PC capable of running it well.
Only thing i found annoying, was the camera movement while driving a vehicle, I like to keep an eye on things while i drive, and move the mouse around the car a lot, but it keeps forcing the camera to the back of the car all the time. Acceptable graphics, driving seems realistic, and I know I’m gonna be bothered by the damn police when the real game releases. Hope there’s a cheat that deactivates cops 
Oh yeah, I can’t believe they had the cops chase you for speeding.

It’s a fucking free demo based on just a tiny section of the city. Putting the stupid time limit was a retarded move, since you can’t get out of that section anyway.
