She’ll die when a bridge falls on her after you try to stop a missile from being fired at the sun. :retard:
time travel is impossible, because lets say you travel 6 months into the future, the earth will be on the opposite side of the sun, and you will end up in space. plus, the universe is always expanding, so you will either be the size of an ant, or twice the size of earth, depending on which direction you go in
hahaha what
because time travel+space travel is impossible?
and most of all, the universe expands, the stuff in it doesn’t grow if that were the case nothing would change at all
That might make sense imaginably, but not in real time…

I predict gordon freeman will be bad ass
He will run of with the chick from portal.
Too bad she’s hundreds of years in the future.
In portal2 she is. I still dont get how she can turn over hundred in a facilty where your medical care is handeld by a psychotic AI.
This is a game in a universe where people can be held in stasis for extended periods of time.
Yes but Glados is knocked out for 100 years, how would she regulate her stasis. And the facility is severly damaged. Gordon could have found a portal leading to aperture science.
Don’t forget the one week long teleport from nova prospect!
I wrote Valve back in Oct. 08 with an idea I had and actually got 2 replies back. Here was my suggestion to them about EP3.
" I had just finished playing Halflife2, Ep1 and Ep2 for the third time. The more I played the series the more little pieces of the story came together. Then this idea hit me. The Borealis, Aperture Labs disappearing ship is much more than what it seems. What if Aperture sent the Borealis away to keep its technology from falling into the hands of the Combine. The Borealis is actually an experimental time portal test bed. Aperture hurriedly sent the Borealis foward in time at the arrival of the Combine’s forces on earth. They planned to retrieve it when it reappeared several years in the future, when humanity had beaten back the Combine…but unfortunately the Combine won. Now it’s a race between Gordon Freeman and the Combine to retrieve the secrets of the Borealis. Judith Mossman spilled the beans about the Borealis once captured and tortured my the Combine. However no one truly knows what the Borealis really does. Gordon battles his way though and discovers that the Borealis is indeed a time portal test bed and better yet, the portal the ship used to come foward in time is still open in the past, lets call it the orange portal (much like the orange and blue portals in the game Portal). All Gordon has to do is “open a Blue portal” in the present and the ship will be transported back to the past “orange” portal and arive the exact same moment it left…at the beginning of the Combine/human war. Here is the catch however. Everyone on the Borealis died in the time travel, they were exposed to energies that were not accounted for, however Gordon’s HEV suit would protect him in the travel back. Another thing is that the scientists in White Forest , Dr. Kleiner and Dr. Magnussen are wary about sending anyone back in time who already exists in that time line, worried that it might cause a cascade and the destruction on earth. The concensus is that Alyx cannot go because she is alive at the time when the Borealis left, but Gordon??.. Gordon has been in some sort of stasis or perhaps in a different dimension (sorry if that sounds corny) the entire time since the end of Halflife 1. What ever the case is, Gordon will not pollute the time line because he was never part of it, he can go back. Armed with information given to him to take back in time, Gordon arrives and is hell bent on changing the outcome of the Combine/human war.
I'd really like to have Gordon and Alyx to be reunited, perhaps the G-man can have something to do with it. If you've read this far I'd like to thank you and the crew for hours and hours of great gaming! I can't wait for Episode 3!!
Thanks!
P.S. Just as an afterthought, I’d be nice to see Gordon and Alyx battle the Aperture combat androids, perhaps Alyx can reprogram them to help Gordon like she did the turrets and mines."
Yes, my spelling sucks because I am part tard.
HELL YEA! If they can fit the Gman into the picture. explain a bit what hes all about (or not for future games sakes) this would be an awsome story line.
What where the replies you got back,
I would be surprised if they actually read that.
They did, one reply said “Thanks.” and the other said that they were going to foward it to the story department. However I wish I was sober when I wrote the original email, it would have been more coherent.
She’s being taken care of by the “party-time” AI. People who saw the new Portal ending knows.
and you know this howzz.:pirate:
Here’s a theory of the conclusion of the Half Life series:
Gordon will say something, and it will be so epic Chuck Norris shits complex 3 dimensional shapes!
Too bad that would ruin the relationship with the player and the character
That’s actually a good theory that I can believe!
Good thinking.
