I found some pictures of the route of half-life 2 beta, where you would actually go on the borealis and travel with it. It might be something similar in hl3

The Borealis has taken on a completely different role in Ep3 than it would have in HL2, though. Aperture Science hadn’t been thought up yet when HL2 was being planned.

It would of been great if Valve went for Subheadings instead of Numbered sequels. The amount of people who thought Ep1 was HL2 could of been solved if they had kept the title Half Life 2: Aftermath

I think Valve plays Russian roulette with the Half Life 3 code. That could be why it’s taking so long.

1.What makes the Borealias such big threat? What could it be holding? A prototype version of GLaDoS? (Sounds stupid, I know…)

2.Also I’m getting a feeling that Barney Calhoun MIGHT die at some point in some point in the game. (Just a thought.)
