If it IS ported to the PC, there’s a chance Gearbox will port it…
Do you REALLY want a geabox port?
Ensemble outsourced all the cutscene work to an animation company called Blur studios.

About time you made sense.
I’m hoping you noticed the huge, bolded, italicized, and underlined “[/sarcasm]”
You told me Halo PC was awesome! What the hell?
Looking forward to this, will be good if they finally do some solid squad based Halo action.
It was way to subtle. You have to at least change the color. Although that gets you banned these days.
Sarcasm for the win!
What would we do without it? Probably cure cancer or something. Oh well.
Well, Halo 1 is a game that disintagrates shit. So even if it’s been shit on by Gearbox, it’s clean enough to lick. However, the smell still lingers.
Did that anamogy make enough sense?
It makes perfect sense.
Is the multiplayer for Halo PC any good? How large is the community?
managable.
A decent selection of servers daily.
The only bad thing is that you don’t automatically download custom maps from servers you try to join. You have to download a shitload yourself just to compensate.
Look for extinction, hugeass, and H2_zanzibar. Those are the three most frequent ones.
Well that sucks.
Are there any note-worthy singleplayer mods?
Weapon mods are annoying though, at least in the demo. You join a server, and start getting randomly killed for no reason. Then, when you find out which mod it is, and install it, you realize that the assault rifles fired rockets, pistols tank shells, etc. and you couldn’t see any of it. I’m still annoyed about that.
This one guy’s working on a campaign where you play as a flood combat form, but I haven’t seen much else.
There’s h3mt which is freaking cool.
So no Marathon remake?
Huh. You would think that would be the first thing someone would work on.
I guess I’m the opposite… Loved 1 and 2… Hated 3 and ODST. I’ll probably pass on this one.
I liked the first Halo but never played any of the others :jizz:.
I think I’ll wait until I actually see some gameplay before I make a judgement call on the game’s quality.
JohnKiller118 you better start sh**ting bricks. It’s been confirmed on the Halo: Reach forums that the preview/cut scene had the engine “doing the work”, and did not use CGI.:freeman: I’m still doubting the first part of the cut scene though where the “lone wolf” guy puts on his helmet though…:meh:
Whatever i not into halo, but it still look pretty nice.
I only care for the Halo series when they release the game on the PC.
Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
