but it wouldn’t be as badass
My house is armed to the teeth with these things.
Fully automatic guns are only available to the military anyway, aren’t they? I know of no western country where fully automatic or even burst-shot assault rifles or submachine guns are legally obtainable for civilians.
Fully automatic weapons are legal in some states in the United States, such as Idaho.
i hear 50 cal. rifles and flamethrowers are legal as well.
“Beefing up on the ol’ home security, eh?”
Who needs a .50 caliber rifle?
.500 magnum ftw!
I just saw a 50. BMG rifle for sale at my new Cabelas store today. $5,000. Plus a $50,000 original Henry rifle. I might buy my first gun soon.
It’s not too hard to modify some semi-auto civilian models to be automatic anyway. Famous example: Tec 9.
Who needs a gun when you live in a civilized country?
if only
It only stays civilized until the power goes out. Take away electricity, and all hell breaks loose. George Carlin once had some fancy thoughts about that. Geez, I miss that guy…
Why would the power go out?
Why the fuck would you need a gun in your house, are the American streets really that bad? How many people die in America from gunshot incidents per year?
@ DansonDelta40
Now imagine that with millions of people who own guns.
That’s what I’m asking myself everytime I see this thread
Dunno… there was this ominous idea about some sort of “Energy Crisis” I read about somewhere… must have been a while ago. Can’t figure out what it was all about. Never mind.
I don’t have to imagine that… I played it already! It was called STALKER or something like that. Okay, no actual “millions” of people maybe, but close enough for a good impression. That was set in Russia, though. Guns are not as abundant there as they are in America, I think.
you do realize this is limited to certain parts of the country right?
“Texas” and the “ghetto” do not account for every square inch. There was this thing called “slavery” not too long ago in this country.
Well if your country is solely dependent on fossile fuel to make electricity, then yes there could be some sort of “energy crysis”. Although I can’t see why everyone would go berserk and start to kill everybody because of that.
I can. Especially with the US, given its volatile history that people forget all too often
That reminds me off Snake Plissken:
:fffuuu:
But, on topic, there are other options for fuel but the powers that be can’t find a way to make money off of it yet so it’s currently a nonstarter.
