Eureka! I've found it! - it's pretty tiny though

I’ve found the solution! Perhaps an inkling of hope!

It turns out there’s a reason dub-step sounds horrible to us. It is because, so far, we have yet to listen to it on acid.

Yes, you heard right! Dub-step is not meant to be enjoyable unless the listener is tripping on acid.

I have yet to validate this experimentally… but I expect when one takes acid and then listens to dub-step, they will have a good reaction upon dropping the base.

somebody’s asking for a ban

No, it’s just because the dubstep that is popular now is actually that bad.

Why in the name of Holy Fuck did this deserve its own thread?

Comrade Tiki’s back, everyone.

I don’t like stuff you like. Discuss.

I fucking hate useless topics.

@Keresh Does that count?

Eureka! I’ve found it! - it’s pretty tiny though

I thought this thread was going in an entirely different direction.

People who disagree with each other on a forum about a game?

It looks like my Sega forums knowledge is being put to the test.

Edit: @(Rot)(Fodder I’m so glad I wasn’t the only one who thought that xD

I don’t even fucking know what dubstep is.

it’s a genre of music that is quite popular to hate in some circles

Most of the dubstep that gets popular now is pretty shit. It’s the stuff you hear in CoD quickscoping montage videos. It’s not a bad genre necessarily though. A lot of people classify the bad sounding stuff as “brostep” to differentiate it. It’s characterized by a kind of wobbly bass sound, usually written as “wub wub wub” or something like that.

I like the dubstep gun in Saints Row IV.

A quick Google search will help you young padawan.

Personally I hate most of if not all of pop coming out now’days. cringe

Dubstep sucks usually. But I’ll admit there’s some good ones out there if you look hard enough.

… I still don’t know why the in the name of HOLY FUCK this deserved its own thread…

It doesn’t, but it got you posting in it, didn’t it?

Besides the point. :meh:

If people continue posting in a thread, it will continue. :bulb:

Let’s stay on topic, folks. If you don’t like the content of the thread, you can move on.
