Well, had you read my posts, i have obviously had restraint on certain situations. I am more referencing teenagers who go out and party and then complain when they have to carry a baby with them 9 months later.
Also, i’ve stated that it’s no excuse in america to be pregnant when you weren’t trying. I won’t pretend to know about the state of other countries, as i don’t live there. That said, in America, birth control is free to those who want it.

Okay I’ve gotta stop you there and let you know that its you who doesnt know shit about adoption. I do admit adoption is emotionally hard on a person, some more than others, but it is by no means to the point were death is preferable. Other than the adoptee sometimes having abandonment issues and other kinds of emotional issues adoption is a very good option. I have never heard of physically abusive adoptive or foster parents personally. I’m not saying it doesn’t happen but I’m sure its not the norm. Honestly I think you have been watching to many episodes of SVU. My sources of knowledge comes from being raised by loving parents who have both been adoptive and foster parents, having 2 sibling that were adopted from Korea, having a mother that has been a social worker for an adoption agency for 20+ years, and also talking in a panel of adoptive children and sibling of adoptive children for over 10 years now. What is the basis of your knowledge?
“Adoption” means that you’re going to force the woman to continue the pregnancy. Which means that you’re for the government forcing pregnancy on women.

You’re asserting that women cannot have abortions (thereby forcing them to be pregnant) in order to put their baby up for adoption.
Adoption should be an option (something EVERYONE already knows about) but forcing women into pregnancy or continuing pregnancy is what you’re advocating. Isn’t it?

I never said that adoption was the ONLY option just AN option. I just simply stated she is full of shit about her “knowledge” on the subject of adoption and not that adoption is the only way. Also this thread has talked about way more than just abortion I pipe in when I fell that I can add to the discussion while maintaining a neutral stance.
Yes. Adoption is an option. That’s, like, a major DUH? Adoption happens AFTER birth and, therefore, abortion has not happened.

The guy you guys are bitching about never even stated that adoption should be the only option, he simply corrected some of you who keep stating how bad adoption is even though you aren’t adopted/known nobody who has been.
He isn’t saying adoption should be the only option, but he is saying that it’s no contest to death, but the option is still available to the mother. It’s a simple concept to grasp, but you guys just keep ignoring him.
