As much as I want this to succeed (admit it, we all want a new Half-Life game from Valve, if you don’t then GTFO!) I know it won’t. If it does, I would be very shocked.
The people running it really seem to think it’ll work. Personally I think there’s a 45% chance it’d do anything. Probably not but Valve may surprise you.
All in all, GabeN’s probably going to show them some symathy or some shit; maybe a screenshot.

The only reason I can see is that was only two people, whereas there’s supposedly 40,000 doing this. I don’t think Valves gonna do much besides give out a statement, much like when Gabe just said he can’t talk about Episode Three to those protestors, It’s practically the same thing and it’ll lead to the same thing.
