Personally I hope that after this group gets to whatever fuck tarded number they think is a milestone they send it in and Valve agrees.
Then Newell can go on live webcam to the entirety of them and literally fuck a copy of HL3 until he’s finished. Anyone left at the end gets a copy. It then turns out to have nothing but the same live stream on it, looping, forever.
That might get them from infront of their computer and get them out the damn house for a day.

Everybody complains about Black Mesa. Every time someone brings up upcoming games on Reddit there’s a whole part of the comments that bitch about Black Mesa. It’s kind of funny to see.
At the end of the day, what the CFC group is really achieving is keeping a part of the community satisfied that they’re “doing their part” to learn about / get HL3. In that sense, it’s a good thing, even if it’s a delusion.
Ignorance is bliss I guess. Personally, I’m content with the reality that Valve most likely isn’t going to stop doing what they’re doing and will release their games whenever they feel like.
