Zune or i pod

got it multi-touch?
and what about the price?

google is your friend, and I don’t think it has multi-touch, linux is a desktop OS and I doubt the kernel has been adapted to multi touch yet.

But hey, anything is possible, they have a new version that looks more like an iphone, I’m not gonna google it for you.

I don’t think the zune even made it to australia.

multi-touch depends more on the touchscreen, some work with pressure and some others with the conductivity of the human skin.
the first one doesn’t support multitouch.
My iPod has multitouch

Your dog’s asshole has multitouch, does that mean everyone wants to use it? I don’t think so.

Apple tricks people into buying their overpriced products by attracting people with useless crap like that…

I’d rather zoom in and zoom out my photos without using two fingers to smudge the screen…

Meh. looks like my old-ass portable FM radio.
And seriously sersoft, what’s up with your obsession for HUGE gadgets?

It’s not huge, but I do think that the latest gadgets have gotten too small.

That’s true. My dad has been pestering me lately because he wants a portable MP3 player, but he says he wants no itty-bitty, teeny-weeny iPod shuffle. It’s been nightmarishly hard to find one that’s the size of a Sony Ericsson Z310a cellphone, which is what my dad is after.

I’ve got this thing:

It’s only got 2 gigs in it, which is enough because I only use it listen to Jazz, the Doom soundtrack, and what used to be New Wave.

I’d rather doodle or read than poke a $300 piece of plastic for thirty minutes.

I think I’m in love with you.

As I said before, I’ve got this:

I like my IRiver E100 because it is PINK. And also because it isn’t annoyingly small - at least, I can comfortably push the buttons with my wildly clumsy fingers. It only has 2 GB, but I added a 4 GB microSD memory card, which I mainly use to store videos. I’ve got the entire Freeman’s Mind series in there.

Better than the iPod shuffle, in my humble opinion. I really like yours, Ramirezoid. And my dad might like it as well, that’s for sure. I might have to buy one of those

I only really bought my iPod because it was like $200 for 120GB which was a damn good deal at the time considering the extra features it provides over most other non-mainstream players.

well I actually have doom and doom2 (the real game, full .wad file) on my sansa, and it’s about the same size as your mp3 player, just more thick because of the cell phone battery glued to it.

I get almost 48 hours of non-stop music between charges…

Correctamundo

The Archos has cool features and all but you can’t say it looks better or haha, professional. It looks cheap and plasticy

Well the iphone looks like a bar of soap and a PDA had a retarded child together. And the zune looks like a shiny brick.

Also, I wanna say that this is just my personal opinion, it may be exaggerated, but that’s simply because it’s on the internet. Personally, I would go to the store and buy the player I want, I wouldn’t ask other people on a message board to choose one for me. Are we your parents or something?

This is mine

Creative Zen Mozaic 8gb

The battery life is amazing, i had it on for 2 days before it lose a bar of power.

Holy FUCK. Looks like a nerfed-off Sony-Ericsson. Not that it is bad though.

Love the styling.

I’m guessin that most people out here who still use ipods haven’t ever used a Zune (the latest ones) and that’s why they don’t know what they’re missing.

And it’s really sad that people still think that the click wheel actually makes navigation faster. If they ever use the Zune’s touchpad and the Twist interface, they’d surely agree that it’s like navigating at the speed of light when compared to the ‘fast’ click wheel and iPod UI.

As for the desktop software, Zune’s software totally pwns iTunes. It’s the easiest and most visually appealing way to organize and listen to your music, videos, pics etc.

Two years back i was going to buy an iPod. Thank God someone gifted me a Zune before i did.

touchscreen is better than clickwheel.
iPod Touch FTW!

Except apple just took an old abandoned idea and re-sold it for noobs.

I prefer my iPaq because it’s a real PDA, not a cheap copy.
