Considering that he was talking about PS3 exclusives, I find that unlikely.
Whenever a 360 owner burns you for having a ps3, ask him how he’s enjoying his hd dvd.
And relating to the topic…(I believe we already have a ps3 vs 360 game thread and really do not need another. :fffuuu
Another game I thought was over rated was the Grand Theft Auto series, I will admit that it was fun, it just seemed a little too, well, dull. That could be just me though.
I didn’t like GTA IV.
I actually didn’t like Vice City either.
My favourite was San Andreas.
I know my top two are definitely GTA and Fallout 3. Both get boring very quickly.
I’m interested in knowing what problems people have with GTA4 as I’ve heard many people on here that say they haven’t liked it. I know that it made the area smaller but I didn’t find that it made all that much of a difference. Maybe because it didn’t have Samuel L Jackson in it? I don’t know.
It’s because you have a cell phone and a bunch of annoying friends who keep calling you for no reason.
what about ignoring them?
Alot of people dont, but alot of people do. I do atleast. Freeplay mode online is the funnest shit ever. I never laughed so hard while playing a game online.
I’ve only ever enjoyed a GTA game when I’ve cheated to ridiculous extremes. I play through ten or so missions properly, but it’s just not that interesting. So my reasons for liking the different GTA’s are slightly different.
San Andreas would be my favourite because it had some hilarious cheats on it, my favourite one was a cheat that caused vehicles to go zero-g if there was a collision.
GTA4 is my least favourite because there’s nothing interesting in terms of cheats. Weather, weapons, spawning vehicles… Just plain, boring stuff.
GTA IV in general had a lot less crazy stuff in it. No miniguns, no jet packs, no tanks, nothing that could let you go really, really crazy.
Though I still enjoy walking into the hospital with a baseball bat or rocket and offing everyone.
San Andreas was a brilliant GTA game in terms of content, story and features. GTA IV seemed to ignore a lot of that in favour of improved graphics and engine. Combat is still pretty fun though, grenades are hilariously powerful.
San Andreas was the only one I managed to beat. Vice City got scratched and it crashes whenever I attempt the riot mission, I lost III, IV is pretty boring, and my PSP broke so I can’t play any of the PSP ones.
I play GTA Liberty City Stories, GTA Vice City Stories and GTA Chinatown Wars on my PC
Vice City stories was pretty damn good, although the ending was quite clumsy and Vic seemed to make some pretty out of character decisions at times.
Grand Theft Auto 4’s expansion KIND OF added some of the crazy back in. Especially Ballad of Gay Tony. San Andreas was the best cause of the setting, characters, and music. I love the 90’s, and love Grunge. So it had that feel to it.
1: Halo: Why?
2: WoW: Now why would you waste your time on your “level 41 Sword of Truths”?
3: Dead or Alive: wat
4: GTA: What’s so fun about shooting innocent people for money?
5: CoD: Especially the last one. After 3 they justr winged it.
Left 4 Dead 2 anyone?
I just thought for Valve working on L4D2 instead of Ep3 at the time, they could have made more maps and maybe even some more fun unusual game modes to make it worth it to the players in the long run.
Yeah, i played it. It’s awesome and a good game. But after beating each campaign 20 times and being unamused with Versus, i got quite bored.
