Actually I thought it was pretty funny.
Shadic, I know this may be difficult, but the cat isnât real. Donât worry, itâs a 100% fake cat, just like the people the policeman is supposed to be hitting with the bat.
What makes it funny is that the player is supposed to be a human, not a cat. It is also funny because the police is hitting the player just like he would if the player was a criminal, and not a cat. Because it is a cat and not a human, the scene is absurd and also funny, because a normal reaction is to not hit a cat with a bat.
