How about this, both of them suck because they are in a war against each other to see which console is better. This 360 vs. PS3 shit is overrated and it has to stop. They are both great, now shut up and let everyone live their lives normally.

Uhh, You must be high. At no point was it planned to be a “launch game”. Granted it was delayed. But just look at when God of war II was released there buddy and tell me if a flag ship launch was even conceivable. haha. So we gonna be releasing gow 3 before 2 now?

Wow, good first post. Also, there are a ton of excellent cross-platform games such as Burnout Paradise, Mirror’s Edge, etc. So whichever console you get, you ultimately win.

In fact, the only reason I prefer the PS3 is because it’s free to play online. Though Xbox Live doesn’t cost a bunch.
Xbox Live Gold’s price isn’t a total dealbreaker, but it bothers me that you have to pay for a WiFi Dongle. There’s no way in hell I could afford to get my house wired, so WiFi is my only option. That was part of the reason I chose PS3. My brother got a 360 and has had constant internet problems with it, to the point where he ethernets it to his laptop and does internet sharing through the laptop’s wifi. My PS3’s never given me a problem.
Your kinda missing a few big ones for 360. such as Mass Effect 1 and 2 and oh yeah… valve games not including orange box… although orange box sucked on ps3
Those arent Xbox exclusives, he specifically said EXCLUSIVES. I prefer PS3 over 360 but I really dont give fuck about em because I only play it when Im chillen with friends.
PS3 and 360 are both good consoles. 360 doesn’t have a lot of exclusives that catch my eye but doesn’t make it bad. In 2009 PS3 came out with a HUGE load of exclusives like Killzone 2, Uncharted 2, White Night Chronicles(Story), Demons’ Souls, and a bunch more. PS3 has done very well with its exclusives. Halo Reach does look very badass I have to admit. Now don’t go around and calling me a fanboy. I prefer PS3 games over 360 but I’m not picking any sides here.
Yeah, either one of the HD consoles offers an amazing next gen gaming experience not to be missed. If your only console this generation has been a Wii, upgrade or perish.
All of those came out on the PC as well as the 360. Therefore, they aren’t exclusives.
I just get frustrated because people actually do treat the game like “Metal Gears of War”, when I’ve always praised the series (MGS4 included) for being the exact opposite of said games.

I am also a HUGE Metal Gear fan, all the back to the NES and MSX ones, in fact MGS4 was by far the biggest reason i got a PS3.

As for the NES ones… the Angry Video Game nerd pretty much summed up how bad the NES version of the original Metal Gear was, and Snake’s Revenge is an abortion. Why he didn’t review that game yet is beyond me.
MGS4 was also my biggest, hell, it was my only reason to get a PS3! Or rather, the only reason I needed.
Portable Ops was my reason for getting a PSP… and Peace Walker is my reason for not regretting getting a PSP.
Metal Gear Solid 4 was also my only reason for getting a PS3. But since then I’ve seen the light, that there are plenty of other great games, haha
