I’ve actually tried about 10-20 mmorpgs all hoping they wouldn’t suck because I think the genre has potential and I couldn’t fucking stand anyone of them. Also how can you defend mmorpgs and call oblivion dull? I could see someone calling Morrowind dull but the only way I could see Oblivion being dull is if you never got out of the prison.
Because MMORPGs are online?
Far Cry 2 was quite awful, being run over by cars which come out of nowhere every 5 minutes.
CFS3 was buggy as hell, and generally really crap.
what
To all the people who are confused about my previous post on BFBC2’s multiplayer, I have it on the PC and when it came out PunkBuster would kick everyone off the servers after a minute or two. The only way to go online was to turn off PB and even then the servers all had low players and bad pings. Since then i haven’t touched the game, if that issue has been solved I may change my opinion.
On another note, CFS3 on its own sucked but the mods made the game, but even then it can’t compare to IL2.
In context, yes. But it also applies to the whole forum in general.
Good point on RA3, tough I mainly disliked it for the poor gameplay “innovations” (harvesting… wtf??).
OOC can you list some mmos that you’ve tried? I only played a very few so can’t say a lot, but the “pressing same buttons over and over” doesn’t stand for all of them. The real problem is grinding is grinding.
I’m going to throw WoW out there. Played it a couple different times and don’t understand how people can get addicted to it.
Admittedly most were shitty free to play. However maybe if I had played mmo’s to the point where your that higher level in PvP. It seems to me for most of the stuff that mmorpgs brag about you have to play WAY to long to get to. And yes mmos to me have been a lot of clicking or selecting a special attack. But I have never been one to like non-action rpgs.
Noah’s Ark 3D
- Link: The Faces of Evil (CD-I)
- XIII (PC)
- Dick Tracy (NES)
- Stranglehold (PC)
- I’m Not Alone (PC)
There might be worse games that I’ve played, but I can’t recall them at the moment. Those are pretty bad though.
Heh heh heh… I love your videos, Hamst3r.
the james bonds game for the ps1, puaj! why was the n64 one so good and the ps1 one suked so much?, and i didnt like resident evil 5 gameplay… hated it
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!?!?!?
wtf? I copyposta’d this into the other fucking post!
Fixed.
I think some people here don’t read past “WORST VIDEO GAMES” in the thread title.
Hah. Hahahahaha.
I’m sorry that you can’t play it on higher than the lowest settings.
The game’s multiplayer is fucking amazing, too.
CoD MW2… was a really big disappointment that game sucked balls, especially on the multiplayer part imo
I closed it after 1: 30, it was just too scary.
