Worst Video Game(s) you've ever played

Pretty much every MMORPG out there is crap… if I want to get a false sense of achievement I’d like to have fun and actually be challenged a little… not just there for 20-30 minutes pressing the same combination of buttons over and over…

This HAS to be the worst game ever:

Dragons lair. He uses up half the time of the review for only the first screen! Not to mention when he gets to the second…

ps: if you dont know it, be sure to watch it to the end, its funny as hell:p

Lemonade Stand on the Apple ][ back in 1979

Yes, I’m serious. It’s linear, extremely repetetive and doesn’t even have a story to make up for it.

I think it’s boring. That is all.

this.

I’d have to say the worst video games I’ve ever played are the games of the Grand Theft Auto series. I just don’t find random car jacking, randomly blowing stuff up, and randomly murdering people to be that entertaining. Also, you go and blow up 20 cars, murder 50 people and if you then get more than a few miles away from the cops, they just completely give up trying to find and bust you? I’ve seen more realism in Picaso’s abstract paintings.

I don’t really get why people feel compelled to crucify someone for not being a blindfold valve fanboy.

On thread: CnC4, RA3, all the unreal games after tournament, and probably many other stuff.

Are you refering to everyone going gasp and shock for me not liking every single one of their games? BTW I agree on RA3. EA fucked it up with hot chicks for those kiddies to jack off to.

This is about the worst games -you ever played-, not just “what game does someone else say is bad so you just copy his opinion because you’re a drone”.

And since I doubt you ever played an MMORPG at all, let alone every MMORPG out there, that post didn’t belong here.

Anyway: Spore, GTA3 SA & VC, Carmageddon 3, Unreal 2, Doom 3, Age of Conan, Warhammer Online, EVE, WoW:TBC, Far Cry, Oblivion (that shit was dull).

I knew you’d say Spore.

You obviously haven’t played the games properly then, going on rampages are a side activity at best.

I don’t even think many players of GTA play it for the missions. It’s extremely satisfying if you’re angry and go on a rampage.

I disagree, i can think of plenty more games where it’s more fun to run amok.

Yeah, Postal 2 is one of them, but it’s not as wide known. I’ve seen only one guy over here who plays Postal 2, and this is a country where everyone blindly follows mainstream media.

Most games mentioned are actually quite good in terms of their quality. I mean games like DoD, L4D, most of the stuff Bolteh mentioned…

It seems that we’re blessed with games that are way too brilliant making average games count as shitty games^^

Anyway… I wonder why no one mentioned “Path of Neo” or something like this. The conrols and graphics were simply a mess, whilst the fight animations had some potential though.

“Myst 4: Revelation” was also quite dumb. Unsolvable puzzles leading to very boring animations. The final chapter of the game was pure and unfiltered esoteric crap. Why didn’t the developers notice that all the steampunk elements from the prequels were the most fascinating thing about the series?

There are some more really bad games, but their names are already erased from my mind.

It depends on opinions and preferences, not all that crap you’ve been saying.

You’re right, PC-Version is bullshit, but XBox 360 is great!

The worst game I’d ever played is “MyStreet” .
God damn, this game is so motherfu**ing boring, I hate it!
A friend forced me to play it, that were the worstest 60 minutes
in my whole life!

I thought it was pretty good in those areas actually, except for the gunplay controls which were a bit dodgy. The only thing that really griped me with the game was the levels. Individually they were good but the way you progress through them and where they are set seems a bit clumsily done.
