Wikileaks

You are trying to apply things to me that I didn’t say nor feel. So, I’ll thank you for not putting words in my mouth.

I was under the impression that the insurance file had nothing to do with the US as a whole but rather Global Banks, and you know those guys are very influential.

You seem to imply that, just because we are unhappy about the current situation and expressing our unhappiness in the form of pacific attacks it means we should have the answer to a problem that thousands of years of generations have tried to find - how to find a perfect government system.

That has nothing to do with what is going on now. If more people keep attacking and suddenly the USA government finds out that they can’t win this war, they will try to propose a solution. We are not the government, I did not candidate myself to presidency nor any political position because I know I can’t deal with all the problems a country has. They did, so they deal with the consequences.

The problem is not going away until they find a solution that can make both sides satisfied.

To say that “the current system is the best” is exactly not trying to finding a solution at all. It is the lazy’s way that one takes when one doesn’t want to think. We are irresolute because they are as well. However, if they come up with a solution that will keep in secret the things that should be kept in secret and that is able to satisfy both sides, I have nothing against that.

Provide a better alternative and we can move on from the present system.

Like I said, I won’t provide any better alternative simply because I don’t have one.

The politicians that applied themselves to their office should have known the consequences. If they can’t find a solution for the situation, they should resign and let someone else try. But not me.

I don’t want governments to hide anything, but I know I’m probably wrong to think that

I just haven’t heard a better system from anyone. Once one is given, we can move on from our present system.

ITT: You can’t complain about problems until you come up with a better solution.

Do you have solutions for everything you complain about?

No. I was referring to Someonerandm.

So he can’t complain about things he has no solution to, but you can?
Sorry if my posts seem a little vague, distracted atm.

No. He’s the one suggesting that you can’t complain unless you have a solution.

Hey, people, a petition to stop the crackdown:

https://www.avaaz.org/en/wikileaks_petition/95.php?CLICKTF

It’s only been a little more than a day and there are 460 thousand signatures

I guess you are alone, Someonerandm

Honestly, the present system is perfect. In reality, Wikileaks and Assange have committed no crimes according to the law. No person have been injured so far, and all documents are seen by various leading newpapers to make sure publishing their content is not dangerous. So far so good

Signed.

And Guga is right here.

The system we have IS the right system. And we need to maintain freedom of the press just as we always have and rely on journalists to expose corruption and immorality in government.

The problem is Someone doesn’t want to think we live under that system, and that freedom of the press doesn’t apply, and never did.

EDIT:
Wikileaks is back up.

https://www.wikileaks.ch
And Google has generously bumped SEVERAL of their direct IPs to the top of the search list.

LOL at their latest Twitter post too.

What? Less than a sixth of one percent of the american population people support something? No!

In any case, until a solution is provided, your complaints are worthlessly idealist. Feel free to complain, but it means nothing.

“The system is perfect.”
“Until you have a better solution…”

wat

I do have a solution, but I’ll be labeled as a worthless idealist if I dare provide the solution.

When you have solutions that won’t work where everyone gets what they want, yeah, you will. I still don’t understand why you support this guy. He leaks and publishes CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS, which is illegal, and you support him. People that expect to know everything the government does are literally retarded. This man committed a crime, and should be punished for it. I don’t know if he truly committed a sex crime, but the government had to pin it on him in order to get him for his other actions. I don’t see you crying out about people who murder others for revenge because it was right, so why should this man be set free because what he did was “right” in your eyes.

Oh, and Someonerandm is nowhere near alone with his views, I can vouch for that.

(Pssst…this is impossible.)

Did I say that I supported him? Also, innocent until proven guilty, y’know. What was illegal about what he did?

Just about as “retarded” as those that believe that any time we question what is made “secret” means that we don’t want the government to have ANY secrets.

Did he now?

Whoa, hold on here. Time out.

If he actually committed a crime, why didn’t they get him on THAT?

wat

What did he do that was illegal?

Well, he recieved stolen goods, which is illegal. Also, if you want to read a long block of text, here’s the Espionage Act of 1917.

Also,

  1. His papers, correspondence and, except as provided in paragraph 3 of
Article 31, his property, shall likewise enjoy inviolability.

That’s paragraph 2 of article 30 in the 1961 Vienna Convention of Diplomatic Relations, which is referring to the papers of a a diplomat.

Double posted sorry
