No.
When.
I like the chirpchirp-mrowwww. Just wish their attacks were as effective as they are in the Civil Protection episode “Morning Patrol”.
Well the vid ive seen on youtube (with like 200 houndeyes in it) launches the player into the air a fair distance. Im sure one houndeye won’t knock Dave onto a building and Ross Scott into a lightpost, but i think it will do its job well enough
I will spend two days downloading the enormnity of it, play it to death over the course of a week or two, then go back to TF2. Like most people here.
Is this cmnt true on utube?
cyberdemonp
last night i talked to one of the developers via email he said “every thing earthbound is done and you can nearly play the game from start to finish we are only missing a few AI sounds and effects” The mod is not dead and is still on the way my guess and this is just a guess is that mod will be released in the range of two to three months so hang in there half life fans!!!
On OP:
DDOS the fucking forum.
Sounds more or less realistic as of about now, but where did you get this from?
He probably completely made it up. His apparent difficulty in using a keyboard would point towards this.
I’m just wondering what the hell we’re gonna talk about around here once it’s out. We will have caught the cars we chased so many years, and we will be silently bewildered.
He didn’t make it up, that was a comment a user made on the BlackMesaSourceMedia’s YouTube channel. Whether it’s true or not is an entirely different story.
The comments on the Youtube Channel are 99,9% baseless speculations made by kids that not even check this forum to see what is really happening now.
The devs stated that the mod is now on the “beta test” stage, but they never gave more details about what is on the schedule or missing to complete the mod, neither gave any estimated release date.
The official response still is “when it’s done”. But when this will be, only the devs know.
PS: By the way, when I say “beta test” I mean this and this.
After it’s done we’ll all play it, share our experiences about how much fun it was (or not), what we liked, what we didn’t, etc. And then there’ll be planned BM M matches to celebrate. Some time later we’ll all go our separate ways.
(in the midst of all this there will be whiners and complainers nitpicking the game to death)
I doubt I will nitpick the game. I really doubt there will be any super annoying glitches or huge inconsistencies considering the games very long development cycle.
Because he doesn’t sleep.
Edit: I can see torrents coming in real handy here, because you know there will be enough peers and seeds to go around.
After BM ist released and Blue Shift and Opposing Force are redone, the dev team seeks a new challenge in redoing Deus Ex in CryEngine 3
The devs aren’t making Blue Shift or Opposing Force, and presumably not Deux Ex either.
I will probly just go back to the Bungie.net threads… and Gmod, Half-Life 1/2/ep1/ep2/ep3, Black mesa, Halo: Reach, MW1, Project Natal (Kinect), Dues Ex 3, and school.
When its done, we celebrate and talk about what we liked and what we didn’t, but im pretty sure everyone is gonna love it!
What will all the trolls who spend their time calling the mod dead do after the mod is actually released?
mod sux
Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
