ye, redo mod
when its done? we’ll go back to what we do everyday Pinky
TRY TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD
When it’s done, I’m going to play it. It’s that simple.
As for the community, I doubt it will be over, there will be a lot to talk about. Bugs, glitches, cheats, easter eggs, awesomeness, and the “what they should have done differently” thread. And then you’ll have all the “this sux” people, complaining about everything… And then you’ll have all the people who won’t be able to run it properly asking for help, then those who’ll try to run it on their washing machine with varying success.
I will get a giant LED billboard and attach it on my apartment’s roof. It will be linked to my computer. It will show me playing BM, and porns.
When it’s done we’ll all be dead, as will our children and our children’s children.
At least our children’s children’s children’s children’s children will play it.
I bet they are too old and fragile to play it. PASS IT ON TO THE NEXT GENERATION : our children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children!
Black Mesa is out: Thousands of people play it around the world, Many HL2 players who didn’t get to play HL1 are now playing BM, It is considered the best mode ever made in the history of gaming, The whole team gets hired at Valve, everyones happy, The forums are blowing up from awesomeness…
…and then a Valve update comes and screws everything up.
Well, when Black Mesa releases . . . you’ll simply wake up.
wake up and. . smell the ashes. .
smell the ashes and cough… 'cause apparently ashes don’t smell good.
When Black Mesa is released, the graphics will have become outdated by the source engine coming with episode 3. And then!!! Black Mesa (remake) will be in production.
There MIGHT be a engine change if it doesn’t consume much time and effort.
GREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAT!
twitches
All you can do Is listen to Rotting Christ and wait for it to be released. People need to play the ship again.
Fixed
i and many others will probably still contribute with suggestions and bug reports.
my first goal is to completely revamp the plot to add to the suspension of disbelief.
i wish the developer team had given some steps and targets for development stages.
“when it’s done” is not a good development tactic and it showed its failure especially in duke nukem forever.
but showing the development stages both organizes the development team and gives us players something to dream on.
They are organized within their team, and they have an internal release date that they are not sharing just in case they don’t make it. Showing the development stages =/= organization, they are organized within their team, just not sharing because it takes up time to share these things (which might change before the end anyway, so it’s useless to share) that would otherwise be used to work on the mod.
K, I took my turn telling a guy off, do I get my noob prize nao, and +10 respects?
im happy waiting as long as it takes.
cant quite understand how people can have such a lack of patience?
spoilt brats perhaps?
