What was the first game you've ever played.

As the title said, when and how did you lose your metaphorical cherry?

For me it was either Super Mario Bros. 3 on the NES at my niece’s house or Super Mario World on the SNES at a friends’ house.

Link’s Awakening on the Gameboy.

Tetris… On a tetris.

In terms of video games, super mario on the good old “Dendy”

You know, games to me were mario 1 2 or 3, or it was dr. mario. Nothing else had me yearning to spend hours infiltrating all aspects of the game.

Till a guy gave me a not so legal version of Half Life.

I am all legal now, however back in 1999 my life was forever changed. I wub HL!

Either Pong on the Atari 2600 or Super Mario Bros. on the NES. I can’t remember which one I played first.

Return of the Jedi on the Super Nintendo. Great Stuff.

I think half life was about the 100th game I tried.

I had already finished games like max payne, gta2, quake and deus ex

I’m not sure what my “first” game was, something on the SNES I’m sure.

I will say Super Mario 64 is probably the game that got me into gaming. Oh N64, how I love you so.

And I know my first Gameboy game was Pokemon Crystal on the Gameboy Advance.

Doom around it’s release on my dads PC.

i can’t remember that early. Peek-a-boo probably.

3d dinosaurs. It came bundled on our first computer, a packard-bell 486.

pong

I think it was either Resident Evil or Silent Hill on my dad’s PS1.

I played lots of games of Hide and Seek, and Tag.

Tag had a great mod called Freeze.

Video Games my first was probably Doom but the one that really got me into gaming was definitely Myst its a bit sad that the series didn’t stay as good as the first though Riven was decent. Console games were plentiful I played things like Poy Poy and Bug Rider. I think the game that got me into PC gaming seriously was probably Half-Life 2.

my first videogame; hmm… I think it may have been Mario Bros. for the NES (we still have the original cartridge and system, old-school consoles FTW!)

This.

Doom. The first one, not Doom 3.

Pong. On a Pong system.

Then I got a 2600. Empire Strikes Back was my favorite. Followed closely by River Raid, Kaboom, Megamania, Journey Escape, Enduro, Frogger, Keystone Kapers, Joust, Barnstorming, Chopper Command, Combat… Christ, I can’t think of them all!

I… cannot remember. It was probably Tetris though. I remember playing it on my giant-ass gameboy.
