The concept came up when me and a colleague were discussing mario galaxy 2, and the amount of shrooms the guy eats, and then it got expanded to other games somewhat. We surmised about a dazed Freeman wandering through a fully-function Black mesa, wrecking things in his path with a purloined crowbar and generally making a nuisance of himself, thus inadvertantly causing the resonance cascade and the events of HL2. I should have elaborated… DERP.
