Did a few things in the swamp in The Witcher. Also played the first 2 chapters of Shadow Warrior. It’s a great game.
Finishing up my chaotic Dishonored playthrough. Everything was going good until I ran into Emily after killing the Lord Regent. Her dialogue makes me feel like a terrible father.
I know
Samuel made me feel like absolute shit in the last mission as well. Now I’m trying a stealthy, few or no kills play through.
First off, Happy New Year everyone!
To kick off 2013, I started with some Dishonored again. I just wanted to run around and use powers, and slay some guards. I really really enjoyed the combat. Though I think I re-loaded jumping from Kaldwin’s Bridge about 15 times. It never gets old.
Might play some Bioshock Inf later, seeing as I’ve never finished it. The story/plot and general dialogue is fantastic, but the gameplay itself makes me want to not continue. I just don’t enjoy it too much. I feel like the entire game was just built around the shield or something (it doesn’t help that I suck at shooters, so even Black Mesa on normal is hard for me).
I might even re-download Borderlands and try the FoV increasing trick/tips that I’ve seen. Maybe then it won’t give me a headache.
I’ve never played any of the Lego games but I’ve only heard/read good things about the series. Is there one that’s best than the rest?
Beat Dishonored with the low chaos ending. But god damn did I cause a LOT ‘o’ chaos at the end >: D
Obviously enough, I’m young enough not to be able to enjoy the best parts of the 90’s (or what they were according to people I know) so today was my first playthrough of Mega Man X. Not disappointed.
Jesus Christ, why can’t I be old like you guys?
I’m old and never played Mega Man X.
I missed the whole console wars of the 90’s because I was poor.
Same. I’ve never played a Zelda game in my life.
I got an Atari 2600 in 1992, and bought the Sega Genesis (master system) just before the Saturn released. I did get a N64 a year after they came out and a Dreamcast on launch day though, so…
FTL again.
\o/
I would’ve been in the same boat, thankfully I had semi-rich friends so I caught at least a few of the classics when they came out. I still get incredulous responses though when I tell people I’ve never seen this movie or played that game…sure there’s no excuse now but there was back then, and once the original hype passes there’s not much of a pressing urge to seek out something I missed.
Playing Half-Life 2 again but with some weapon mods this time. For some reason it gave everyone on the Nova Prospekt level pinkeye.
Loaded my Xcom game back up and researched a couple things, but the only alien notification I got was for Moscow which I couldn’t get to and after that the game said I lost
.
Was your time zone born in a leap year or something?
I’ve been playing the Knife of Dunwall DLC for Dishonored. That poor whale.
Woah, I just realized he said that. I knew something sounded off about his post, but I couldn’t quite figure it out. Well, I didn’t try either.
On Topic: Walking Dead. It’s really full of feels.
God damn. I didn’t even see that. LOL. Why you gotta do this to me and my broken timezone.
I’ve been playing Rogue Legacy lately. We got it yesterday and we have 12+ hours between my brother and me.
Goddamn, that game is so fucking good.
The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds.
Having a blast.
Crysis warhead, until the EA servers were taken off line
Rogue Legacy again. Took a go at Ponce De León, the third boss. I gather that with a full health Barbarian King or a Hokage with the right tools might make pretty beatable.
