What Game Did You Play Today?

Installed SMOD. Killing combine by shooting them in the head in slow motion and then kicking them into a wall so they explode is pretty fun.

More Shadow Warrior.

I love some of these weapons but I always fall back to the katana. There are so many ways to slice up enemies and so many corresponding animations that I love it every time.

Thanks for the suggestion, but Doom 3 doesn’t have waves of zombies to deal with. There were no more left in the area to kill, so that option wasn’t available to me.

This thing brings back memories of the Doom 2 double barrel shotgun, albeit more like the brutal doom version

If you haven’t done so already, you might want to check out CryLife, a mod that combines SMOD with elements from Crysis. I haven’t tried it myself yet, but it seems interesting.

Oh my that looks great, can’t wait to play it,heard great things about this little gem.

I played Black Mesa today. I also bought half life 2, ep 1 and ep 2 sometime ago. I’ll get around to playing them sometime.

What really annoys me about Dead Space 3 is that you can only unlock any of the special suits if you also complete the coop-only missions.

I managed to get decent pubs for all the optional missions in Dead Space 3.

I really like the hallucination mechanics they use in coop.

Still going through Stalker SoC with ZoA. After dozens of tries I finally managed to make it the 50ft to the house with the grenade launchers in the bloodsucker village without getting gangraped by bloodsuckers. Shortly after when I was just about to get to the level change I was killed by a bunch of people though. And for some reason I’m unable to load saves besides directly from the main menu without the game crashing.

Played and beat DmC in Hard difficulty today. Startin’ over in Son of Sparda mode which is actually difficult, I died twice in the first stage.

Trying Counter Strike: Source, and it’s pretty good. I also started (and finished) Liberation Maiden. I recommend it, honestly. It’s short but sweet, and it’s not too easy or too hard. However, combat gets extremely chaotic at times.

Still playing lots and lots of Saints Row 2 with a bit of Minecraft sprinkled in here and there. Really enjoying Saints Row 2. The missions are so much fun, and some are completely ridiculous. Can’t wait to get to 3 and 4, though that won’t be for quite a while. 2 is going to take up most of my time until Watch Dogs, which I plan to play on release, and I will probably want some linear gameplay after that, and some money before buying 4. But I will get to them

Shadow Warrior Classic. Man this game is fun.

Probably go on to Blood after this one.

So I’m rather late to the Skyrim party… I’m playing a Brenton Spellsword and I need to know what the best way to power level smithing is

Trying to find a hazard suit so I can go into rooms filled with radiation in System Shock.

Iron daggers?

Finished off the Brotherhood in Saints 2. Boss battles for that set of missions could have been better. I’m not sure if they were just easy or if I exploited them, but they felt weak, unlike the Ronin missions. On to the Sons of Samdi.

Get the dwarven smithing perk, collect as much smeltable metal as possible from a dwarven ruin, and make a crapload of dwarven bows.

Iron daggers doesn’t work very well because there’s a value modifier on smithing XP.

Pledged money to Star Citizen and got a 300i. She looks awesome in the hangar. Can’t wait to try her out in the dogfight module.
