Just some League of Legends. Doing ARAMs with friends over raidcall is always fun.
“Plants vs. Zombies - Garden Warfare” is free to play for 72 hours now! I am downloading it right now.
Battlefield 4. I’m on the fence about it.
I have to close the web browser after joining a game, or else the game doesn’t respond to any mouse or keyboard inputs at all. There’s no loading or splash screens of any kind, and for a while I thought the game wasn’t starting properly when it was really just taking ages to load. And the one match I actually managed to join had horrific rubberbanding issues.
Edit: The game is taking an insanely long time to load up whenever I want to join a game. I’ve googled it, and apparently this is a very common problem. The most frequent solution? “Buy an SSD”.
I am so very, very glad I didn’t pay money for this game.
Finished Tomb Raider this morning
Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon.
This man fails to put the magazine in on his first try every single time he reloads the sniper rifle.
Getting back into DayZ a bit. The standalone version has definitely improved since I last played. It’s not out of alpha yet, though.
I deliberately found a server with >10 players because other DayZ players are dicks. Haven’t seen anyone yet, and that suits me find.
Fallout: New Vegas. Not a huge fan at the moment, but maybe it’ll get better.
Also, Cheyenne seems to have had an accident…
Nightmare fuel :l
Played some of this Unturned game. It’s pretty fun actually. There are some things that need worked out (like better AI and better multiplayer) and I wish they’d give character creation a bit more freedom for the player to do as they wish with the characters face.
Always Sometimes Monsters Demo.
Thought I’d download it since it’s only 150MB, and I’d honestly like to buy it (not like I have money).
Borderlands 2, for some time, for a cumulative total of roughly 1 hour. It is plain awesome.
Titanfall.
This game is amazing, but I’m getting some infuriating connection issues. I don’t suppose anyone happens to know a solution?
Haven’t had any problems like that, no. But hey, hit me up on Origin and we’ll play. I love me some Titanfall.
I’ve been playing the first Legend of Zelda game on my 3DS. It’s a cool game imo.
7.62 High Calibre. Another ambitious yet buggy Russian game. Only just started a game but the game seems pretty cool.
I’ve been playing the Arkham games again, starting out with Arkham Asylum. I forgot how well this game makes you feel like you’re the goddamn batman.
Crysis 1 and System shock 2, both heavily modded.
For SS2 fans, the SCP Beta 1 Patch (an IMPORTANT community-based update) is to be imminently released. It’s been in development for approximately 1-2 years. It’s focus is quite detailed and it will fix/improve upon a GREAT number of issues.
For those not in the loop, out of nowhere, about 1.5 years ago, a MYSTERIOUS individual suddenly came forward and provided a VERY knowledgeable improvement patch to the existing New Dark game engine (Thief 1, Thief 2, System Shock 2) that added a MULTITUDE of MARKEDLY updated modern game engine/graphical improvements. This was a totally unexpected update, that provided drastic IMPROVEMENTS to the capabilities and look of New Dark engine games.
Hey, it doesn’t bring these past VERY important games completely into the current world’s tech fold, but it GREATLY improves upon the original release of these PINNACLE games. Keep in mind that there have been a number of other graphical improvement mods released in the interim, to try and address the graphical shortcomings of all of these games. For all the improvements, Google is your friend.
Specifically concerning important updates/releases for System Shock 2, keep tabs on and monitor this website https://www.systemshock.org/
7.62 High Calibre. I hope battles start being more difficult. I imagine they should be but what I just did today was I needed to assassinate some guy terrorizing a town. I had the option to talk to him so I was able to start combat and so get a pretty big advantage. I want to feel in danger and have some difficulties later on though.
Dishonored.
I really, really hate how video games with ‘good’ and ‘evil’ paths make stealth mandatory for the good paths. I’m not a fan of stealth gameplay, especially when it’s the kind where you just have to memorize patrol routes and perform takedowns at all the right spots.
If you don’t like stealth games why are you playing Dishonored?
Typical Pyro…
Doesn’t get the point of videogame, gets angry at it.
