What Game Did You Play Today?

Tried to replay RoL, and I realized why the game was so much longer than other Sonics - it’s only fun the first time through. Maybe co-op is good, I’ll give that a shot with Dad later.

Gta v, tf2, some half life deathmatch on bounce and crossfire, and call of duty 2

I’ve finished 3 or 4 of the missions in GZ so far. Two of them with A ranks, no S ranks yet. Love it even if the replayability is essentially arcade-style where you replay the small amount of levels multiple times.

Wind Waker HD, Super Mario 3D World, and Smash Bros.

I’m giving Dishonored another play, because this game is goddamn great.

I did say it was cute/pretty. I love the graphics style and thought it’d make a nice avatar. Don’t judge me. :’(

You’re damn right it is.

Are you doing the main campaign, or the DLC? Either way, amazing game.

I played underhell, great mod

Time Fcuk - this game is fcuking unsettling as hell for just being a puzzle platformer, it’s pretty fun

I played Black Mesa today. Does that count?

That name.

Playing Black Mesa doesn’t count.

I’m sorta on the fence about whether I like Borderlands Legends or not. There’s no story, but I’m guessing it takes place just after BL1 (which is cool I guess) and it still has Roland, Lilith, Mordecai and Brick as the player characters. Unlike the main BL games though, there’s no real structure to anything and it’s like a sort of RTS wave-based game rather than a shooter of any kind. Also unlike the main series games, you have to control every character at once because if you leave any of these Vault Hunters to fend for themselves for even a couple seconds, they refuse to do anything at all and will be dead before you can get someone to revive them. But then the trouble with that is if you’re facing a tougher enemy/enemies there is almost a guarantee that you’ll end up with characters taking turns of down and revive with no gap at all. All this being said though, it still has the (mostly) unique characteristics and tone of Borderlands, and finishing a quest is quite rewarding if only because the fights can be really punishing, and once every Vault Hunter dies in quest, you’ve failed and you can never do that quest again.

I played world at war

More Wind Waker HD, Smash Bros, and Super Mario 3D World.

HALO: CE on Xbox One

Played some C&C: Tiberium Wars. Finally figured out how to beat the croatia Mission (GDI), where you get attacked from all sides, without having a construction yard. With the right startegy is pretty easy…and I found out that I really need to play more agressivly in this game.

Dead Trigger 2 again, finally. The Dual Peacemakers are incredibly OP and I love them.

Got Smash U. Found out I can use my 3DS as a controller and proceeded to completely OWN everyone in my family

Smash Wii U, Skyrim (finally), Hyrule Warriors, and Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal.
My respective feelings about each: Fun and worth the money, unknown due to lack of experience but the colors are really washed out and the ground keeps flickering so I should download something to change that, repetitive but fun for small bursts, and fun for the first few levels and then it gets boring.

I was just playing the original version!
