Oh dear. I absolutely hated that game. Coming from the trilogy, it was just…crap. Though maybe I was destined to hate it, just because it was different. Carry on 
Also, on Steam. I just picked up the first three Splinter Cells, two Monkey Island games and Arkham Asylum for $20. Hoping to get BC2 and ME2 if they come back on sale, because I missed them 
Played some GTAIV, TF2, and started Mass Effect.
I was sick all fucking day, but I will play Red dead redemption later.
Finally got around to entering the Omega 4 relay and completing the suicide mission in ME2 after owning it since its release.
Jack got lasered in half in the very first endgame cut-scene, was great fun to see.
Lugaru is a bit meh for me. I tried it, and wasn’t too impressed. I suppose I’ll go through it someday, but I’m going through Penumbra currently. Since it’s past Christmas, I’ve been trying the new games I’ve received:
A generic action third person shooter parodying other generic action third person shooters. It’s kinda fun. . .I heard there’s a sequel.
Not as pretty as the “Bigger Brother” platforms, but it’s still fun, and the motion controls fit in nicely. The animation department should have improved, well, the animations, as they’re a little stiff. I’ve seen GCN games with better lip syncing.
I also tested out the update to the Wii version to GenPlus, called GenPlus GX, so I played a bit of The Wily Wars and Skitchin’. Works the same, with better compatibility, bug fixes, and a much cleaner UI.
Also, some Beat Hazard here, and a bit of local COD Modern Warfare, multiplayer play there.
Been playing Metro 2033. Is pretty game, but not made so good in places. The kiddies in the tunnels, their Russian accent is… not so happy. Also, no saving makes angry times.
Played AssCreed 2 at a friends house. I largely ran around stealing peoples money and finding a lot chests of gold.
I know, the sales are crazy. I’ve added a dozen games to my library in the past week because of the awesome sales 
I’ve been playing a shitload of Lost Planet 2. The story is so much better than the story in the first, and I like how it’s sorta like Left 4 Dead in how each episode is it’s own mini story. I doubt I’ll touch the MP, since I hated the MP in the first game, but the campaign in coop is pretty fun.
- Jonathan Blow says it’s open to interpretation, so there’s no official logic to the ending.
- After all the relationship stuff, a commentary on nuclear war would seem kind of dumb and impersonal compared to what most people got from the ending.
Got into the beta of Battlefield Play4Free. It’s meh, some nice sounds and
decent gunplay, but since it’s a ripoff of Battlefield 2 with
less stuff, obviously it’s not nearly as good. Seriously they made Karkand
smaller, and took out prone. BC2 is better, and Battlefield 2 is waay better.
Also a bit of NS2, great fun.
Also played Duke Nukem 3D and Quake 1, two of my favorite games.
Finished Freespace 2’s main campaign… for some reason I didn’t get any outro video… But I remember what it was anyway, so no big deal.
And I just played a game of spider solitaire. Yeah baby.

Diablo II which I picked up today with a Gift Card from Christmas.
Thought it was about time I actually play this game. So far I’m liking it, but I haven’t even finished the second quest yet so it might be a little early to say.
I managed to lose Caeser’s body somewhere in New Vegas. Three C-4s makes a fairly large explosion apparently.
It’s not about nuclear war, it’s about the invention of the nuclear bomb - how it took so long to figure out but the final result was not exactly fun times. Having a direct quote from one of the scientists involved is quite telling in my book.
That game is the shit, I don’t know why it was shot down by so many critics. I loved the slot machine system for unlocking stuff and the character customisation.
Also yes, MP sucks balls.
Played some Precursors. Awful game. I like it a lot.
