I tried Mortal Kombat 2 for my Genesis today, first time in a decade I’ve played it.

I got my ass handed to me on “Very Easy.” Fuck that, I’ll stick with Soul Calibur.

I’m disappointed that I’m only getting around 20 FPS using CoP Complete. I don’t think I was doing that bad vanilla. And I thought my computer would be able to handle it. I don’t even know what’s causing it.

If you have steep parallax on, turn it off, not needed really.

Pavel released an optimization patch for CoP Complete, it helps immensely. I’m actually pretty sure my fps is better than it was before, but it might just be me.

I played it again today and it started off at around 20 FPS but jumped for like 20 or 30 minutes up to like 90 FPS XD . I’ll check out that optimization patch.

Edit: Optimization thing doesn’t lower any of the quality right? Just making sure.

Edit 2: Looks like it doubled what I was getting :smiley: .

A 33 to 4 k/d ratio on the Pier during Crash Site with more than half the capture points grabbed by me really says a lot about how poorly people play this game…

Basically. I’m trying to play through Pokemon Black, and ugh, it’s horrible. The Team Plasma battle music is pretty cool, and I like how battles are animated, but man, HeartGold is soooooo much better in pretty much every other way. I should go back to playing that instead of transferring my shit to Black with no way to get it back to HG.

I also have been playing Dragon Age II slowly. I still haven’t gone to the Deep Roads, but I have done almost all of the sidequests available. I’m trying to stretch it out, unlike DA:O that I got fed up with pretty soon after it came out.

Stretch it out as long as u can, I don’t think you can revisit the side quests you miss.
