Dead Space 2… Not as good as the first one, but worth a playthrough if you like the space/horror genre.
I picked up Mirror’s Edge the other day. I had a snow day from work yesterday so I got a good chunk of the way through. I don’t know why it gets so much hate, I’m (mostly) really enjoying it. It does have some very frustrating moments, but overall I love the mechanics and the art style, even if the level design could use some work.
Crysis
You’re kidding, right?
I recently played the old and the remastered monkey island games 1,2 and 3. Then played all 5 of the tales of monkey island episodes. IMO all games needs more murray…
Guybrush Threepwood: “You’re about as fearsome as a doorstop.”
Murray: “Is it a really evil-looking doorstop?”
Guybrush Threepwood: “Never mind.”
Playing too much Borderlands lately… now that I can actually run it smoothly
I’ve been playing the tractoranaldicktruck out of some Dead Space 2. Playthrough here.
So far it’s pretty good. Not particularly scary and not as interesting to me as the first game since there’s not a whole lot in the way of new reveals, but it’s still quite fun and I like the environments.
I haven’t seen that commercial. He was funny at first IMO, and I liked what he said at E3, but I don’t really like the way Sony is using him in general.
Yesterday, I got my hands on a copy of Halo Reach. (started up GameFly again) It’s fun so far, but I’ve only done campaign. I had a lot of fun with the beta, but have NFC if I’ll like the MP in the full game. With Halo 3, I played the beta almost nonstop, but didn’t end up liking the MP in the full version.
I’ve also been playing Lost Planet 2 on Hard. Let me tell you, it’s hard
I do have all of the unlocks from the slot machine now, though. (both the cheap one and the more expensive alternative to leveling up each faction) I only need to earn titles.

That’s the best 765MB ever.
That was awesome.
lol
Mario Kart for the Gamecube (still waiting for my SNES to arrive).
Finished Dead Space 2 again and realised how short it was. Enjoyable nonetheless.
It seems like the type of game that would wear on if it went on longer.
I agree, but even so: nine hours is pretty short.
True. Probably would be best just to wait a year and buy it when its 20 bucks.
Yeah. Sometimes the best strategy is to keep games short but sweet.
Yesterday, rtanger accompanied me to the death of a certain planet in 2552. We then slaughtered a bunch of guys with infinite ammo rocket launchers.
And I’ve been doing Project Sunburst on my phone. It’s a time waster almost as bad as Farmville, but it’s more fun because you get to kill things.
Dead Space 1. The first time I play through a game and immediately replay it again
