"We've Got Hostiles!" Ideas.

I’ve tried. for some odd as hell reason it says it’s already been used.

I had problems activating my Half-Life Generations pack on steam back in the day. It seems Vivendi who was responsible for distributing the game back then printed the same CD-keys multiple times. Vivendi sent me a new CD-Key after i emailed them with pictures of the CD’s, CD-Keys and Receipt. Now you’re in a little bit of a dilemma now, since Vivendi is no longer in charge or distribution and by all means you probably don’t have your receipt left. Your best bet is to contact Valve via steam support page and wait for them to contact you with instructions.
But do remember, if your game was not bought new, ie if it was bought from a friend or resold used then they have no obligation to help you since the person who sold you the game has no right to sell it.

Sorry for the deviation off-topic guys :stuck_out_tongue:

I mean the regular Half-Life.
And For some reason Half-Life:Source isn’t considered a game actually using the source engine. Maybe 'cuz it doesn’t fully utilize The source engines full potential.
Ironicaly this is why Balck Mesa came along.

I know, I’ve tried that… Twice. The first time they said They can’t help me. And the second they said they can’t help me unless i give them proof of purchase like a photo of a receipt or something like that. Like I’m gonna have a receipt from a game that i bought in '99.

Anyway Back on topic… Um… I can’t think of anything…

All you need to do is take a picture of the CD key from the back of the manual, and send it to Valve.

That’s the problem, i dont have the boxing or manul.

=\

yeah…

You should have just bought it again from Steam over the weekend when it was ridiculously cheap.

You got a CD-key? I did’nt even get a manual!

I didn’t have a computer for about 3 months at the time. I got pissed when i later found out it was 98cents at the time.

Some jerk probably pirated a copy and keygenned your key. It’s happened to me before. (Except that was with Starcraft.)

The stewardess has a better chance of being hot.

Ontopic: Definitely wanting the guard-zombie fight a little better, but do remember that it(The zombie) did pop up behind him and grab him around the neck or torso or w/e. The surprising thing is that he got his pistol out and fired a few time before gibbing.

Probably.

I was talking about the offer that was on just a few days ago over the weekend.

What offer? I was Looking around on steam for something productive and i didn’t see anything.

Entire Half-Life Anthology was $5.

It’s still $10 for five games.

Well isn’t that a kick in tha plants…

By 10$ for 5 games, you mean 10$ each, right?

I once boght 12 for 20$

It was right there in a big panel on the front page of the Steam store for the whole weekend, viewed either over the web or in the Steam client. There was also a news post about it, a Steam News Update pop-up, and an advert in the store’s switching banner thingy at the top, I believe. Not sure how you can have missed it, tbh, unless you were going online with your eyes shut.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
