Web Browser Poll

This time, with an actual poll.

Iron, but that’s basically Chrome. So yeah…

Chrome

Firefox, but I’d use Chrome if the script blocking was a little more advanced.

All the way.

Internet explorer, cuz i dont feel like using anything else. I did use firefox, but idk i just have always used ie.

Chrome ftw bitchez! Except when I want to do something that requires add-ons. I wish chrome had all the firefox add-ons ):.

firefox no matter you saying

I love Chrome :3

I use Safari only because I have a Mac; its infinitely better than IE (the other OS-brand browser), but the amount of extensions for Firefox are just second to none. At the moment however, I’m using the Minefield bleeding-edge betas for Firefox, so nothing works with it.

I also maintain a website so I use Opera and Chrome as I need them (even IE under Wine). I’ve never, however, found Opera anywhere close to useable, and while Chrome is good, it doesn’t have the OS-integration of Safari or the rich amount of extensions like Firefox. For clean and light-weight browsers, however, Chrome can’t be beat.

Chrome all the way, on a Mac. It’s built for speed and it delivers it. Pages load much quicker when compared to Firefox and Safari. It also handles extensions too, and while there my not be the selection like Firefox, once more people switch over to Chrome the more extensions will be likely to be developed for both Chrome and Firefox. Like Loony said, it doesn’t have the same integration with OS X as Safari does, but it’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make.

Firefox 4 Beta(most part) and Chrome(sometimes)

well, this will work,my thread was good discussion but now we can have the results translated into numbers.

also,is this poll feature available to anyone?

no, i’m a super user.

Hey, more than half of the users here use Chrome!

The only problem is when loading a new tab you can’t do anything on the previous page until the other page starts rendering. Which can take a while. :[

I agree on that, they really need to improve their multithreading
But i’m sure that will come very soon.

+1 firefox
Only one vote for IE? Im so proud of you guys. <3
Except for you on person (Khaos I guess if you voted that is?)…

Just to tip the balance in favour of Chrome, HTML5 experiments ftw:

Ball Droppings Experiment
Harmony Experiment
3D Model Viewer Experiment
Amiga Workbench Experiment

I went through phase throughout the year… When I started using the internet on a daily basic is was IE (didn’t like NetScape). Then found Opera a year later which was really nice at the time. Then Firefox (it is my main broswer I use for everything). I will use Chome and Safari for times of need. But I did like the way work for customization. Firefox is nice and all the addons are great and the ones i have are updated very so often.

so my vote was clear for FireFox. :stuck_out_tongue:
