Valve's E3 Suprise?

Haha funny. They were probably just paid lots of money.

thank you

I remember when gabe said, not too long ago, “the PS3 is a failure, and sony should just recall it and do it over”

PORTAL 2 + STEAM ON PS3

“He claims the “best version” will arrive on Sony’s console.”
oh my,what a change from the ps3 sucks stance he took some years ago

Give a man a suitcase full of money and he’ll do whatever you want.

At least he was able to joke about it on the stage :stuck_out_tongue: instead of acting like nothing had happened

That was the least surprising surprise I’ve seen in a very long time, they said they were going to start making games for PS3 months ago.

^bscly

Please, please, please don’t let that be Valves announcement.

So underwhelmed by E3 so far. Sequelitus.

I already knew they were going to make it for PS3. It was just obvious. All those talks of having support for Mac, then possibilities on games for the PS3… Blahblah.

I’d like Ep3. I want it very, very soon.

In his defence he did start showing interest in the PS3 a few months ago. Still, they could have made a “surprise” that was actually surprising.

gotta love the Bad Translator
with, money, valve games end up in the ps3 > The financial PS3 breast.

So, I was watching E3 and Gabe Newell came on during Sony’s Briefing. He announced that Sony would be getting Portal 2 on the PS3. Big surprise Gabe. Thanks. Really hyped for that. (Sarcasm)
Anyway, Valve should be thanked by many PS3 owners. They finally get a taste of a real fps.

Side Note: I am new to thread posting. I just made my profile today. Don’t be to quick to judge. I have been following the mod on this website for over 3 years. Just to lazy to make a profile.

I should point out the exact same thread is already here, otherwise welcome to the forum.

if this for some odd reason was the “surprise” then the surprise was the trailer. Everybody could’ve guessed it would be released on the PS3, and they already said they would.

there are 5 threads already

Sorry, this took me awhile to write. I am simultaneously watching E3 live so I’m otherwise distracted. Anyway, thanks.

“we’re going to surprise them at E3 by showing them a trailer of our upcoming game we’ve been promoting for the last several months. they won’t see it coming!”

yeah, somehow that doesn’t seem likely

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
