They’re probably going to wait to release those scripts until after the mod is released, otherwise they’d spoil anything new/different in dialog.
It’s funny how there has never been much demand for dutch versions/subtitles in games, including for BM it seems. I wouldn’t even use dutch subtitles even if they existed.
We’re so accustomed to english that it’s even a little weird and less cool seeing Dutch subtitles in games.
Also when a game exists with SPOKEN dutch (there aren’t much, Dungeon Keeper was one), it’s considered to be lame/embarassing to play by most (mature) gamers in Belgium. I don’t know about Holland. Most will ALWAYS buy the version with english SPOKEN dialog.
English is much cooler apparently

It’s the same with english movies. Always subbed, thank god we don’t have dubbing!

Also I have signed up on the international forum for English-Polish translation project I would be very glad to help, given the chance.
In addition since one of the very dominant forces on the internet are Poles I would bet that If someone on the development team would perhaps took some time and organise some sort of a casting (like an official bm facebook page with that purpose in mind) in less than a month the whole blackmesa project could be dubbed into Polish, provided that someone would menage that crazy bunch (we have quite a site that would easily attract potential fans and dubbers) of passionate people.
I’m scared that people who want to translate don’t know what caption files are.
